MGMTimber Avis

Ordered a Hyundai generator and was totally gobsmacked to receive it via a very polite courier the very next day, how’s that for customer service.
Haven’t had a need to contact the company for anything, but judging by their previous reviews I can imagine them being very helpful.
ABSOLUTLEY no hesitation in using them again or highly recommending them.

Arrived quicker than expected. Bit of assembly and we were off. Very good item, just what we needed.
Does what it says on the tin.

Exceptionally good service, very helpful Staff. Was here for five minutes, received assistance from three staff!
Unfortunately did not get names, but THANKS.

Despite a request from my wife, that driver having only taken two lengths of timber from the vehicle he simply said “nah” and laid the other 18 sleepers 9, 9x 8 ft posts and 9 3”x2” fencing and 28 180cm fencing slats basically blocking our driveway. He was informed I was disabled also

Delivered the day after the order, excellent service and timber was all top quality, thanks.

Never had one of these before Did the initial burnoff as recommended Unfortunately doing research didn't find any cautionary information on using it in rooms with animals (have a canary) Did extra burnoff as suggested Works very well Just haven't used it in room with the canary yet

I placed an order with you and had no hasel at all great company to deal with .

Great company always fast delivery and good communication

Easy to order and very helpful when goods were collected

Great products and really helpful team at MGM Timber Inverness.

Used MGM Timber in Hamilton. Drive in then you get an invoice from the office. Take it out ,give it to one of the yard workers. They load you up . That’s it . Away you go. Simple 10/10 with my experience

Great service from office to collection

Purchased a forest garden shed 4life pent shed via MGM timber and after built found it's not water resistant. The advert on the forest garden web site goes into great detail on the 25 year anti rot guarantee and that preservative treatment is never required. It is not clear in the advert that waterproofing is required and on an annual basis. If I'd known regular painting was required I wouldn't have purchased. Don't buy unless you want to waterproof yourself

Thanks MGM- your staff couldn’t be more helpful at Clydebank 5 ⭐️! However……the garden gate I ordered was not what I was expecting ( looked SO good in the photograph ) in terms of quality.
The gate is very very thin wood and not entirely sure if it has been treated all over or just sprayed unevenly? I’m not entirely sure how long it will last….my old gate was 25years old!!
I had organised a joiner to put this up so felt I had no other choice. The delivery was excellent with tracking provided but the gate…….I’m extremly disappointed.

Ease of use website, good communication from local store regarding my delivery day, courteous delivery driver, no issues.

Delivered on time. Good selection of timber. No damages.
All good

Excellent product and great delivery service.

Great staff very helpful and good products
