Repeat order from last year of Ash Logs, kindling and fire lighters. Last year’s logs were great, not too big for log burner, wonderful flame and gave out good heat. Expect same again. Hassle free to order. Helpful delivery driver who placed logs on exact spot in barn for me.

Fine if no alternative
If you have no alternative then this company at least delivers and the stock itself is good. But the staff themselves are exceptionally rude, mistake-prone, not helpful at all.

Wood turned up all packaged and dry, driver rang ahead to agree drop off location on the drive. Only one point they arrived a day earlier than I asked for but luckily we were not away.

Very positive experience
Very positive experience. My order was delivered exactly as described, with nothing missing. Order process was easy. The only down side was it was delivered a day later than expected but this was more an issue with the courier.
The product seems to be of a good quality, regular lengths with a nice range of sizes. I just need to burn some now.
