Mia I want to thank you so much for the wonder personal customer service you provided. You went above and beyond by searching me another suitable option when the chair I wanted wasn’t in stock. You spoke to your suppliers, provided me options, gave me all of the specs, answered my questions, and had a great bias for action in getting the chair to me so quickly (c. 1 week). You even went further by hand delivering my purchase (and took away the box packaging) because you didn’t trust the lead time from the couriers. Who does that? Honestly the best customer service I’ve received from a retailer. Thank you again so much for your help, support and customer care. I actually love the chair you sourced for me more than the one I was going to order! You are a fine example of superb customer service and other retailers should learn from you. Many thanks, Angela
