I founded Mia Tui back in 2010 when I was living in Vietnam and struggling to find a travel bag that ticked all the boxes. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed my own.
Since then we've grown and I'm thrilled to say I now have a fantastic team of like-minded people who share my passion for delivering amazing customer service and love of Mia Tui.

Meet Emma, our fantastic Office Manager who keeps us all organised and on track.
Emma's favourite bag is the The Isobel Mia Tui bag, which she loves to take out for shopping or a night out.
Emma has an artistic side that not everyone may be aware of - she has both body and cosmetic tattoos!
When she's not at work, Emma can be found tending to her garden or spending time with loved ones.

But here's something that may surprise you - Emma is the proud mother of three children, all born within 8 days of each other in February, and all weighing in at 8lbs and 11ozs!
When she's not keeping things running smoothly at work, Emma loves spending time with her two puppies Muffin & Crumble and enjoys visiting the local pub.

Meet Kirsty, one of our amazing Customer Service Executives who's in charge of managing the Mia Tui Wardrobe collection on our website. She's also responsible for putting any bags that didn't quite make the grade on our factory 2nds page.

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys ballroom dancing, volunteers as a Beaver leader in The Scouts, and gives her time to the YMCA. She's also a big fan of musicals and loves spending time with her family.

Meet Van & The Mia Tui Team in Vietnam
Let me introduce you to Van, my Vietnamese partner and friend. We met when I was searching for a factory to produce my prototype travel bag. I visited her brother's factory, but he dismissed me as I was too small. However, Van, who speaks perfect English, believed in me and my idea, and she offered to help bring Mia Tui to life.
Van started by renting a small factory, but her dedication and hard work have now led her to owning her own factory with over 60 employees. Even though we may be thousands of miles apart, we speak every day and share the same vision and passion for Mia Tui.
Van's commitment and support have been invaluable to the growth and success of Mia Tui. I'm so grateful to have her as a partner and friend, and I'm excited to continue our journey together.

Quality products
Whatever I order from Mia Tui, I know it will be a well made, quality product. I have previously had 2 gorgeous bags and recently purchased 2 sets of packing cubes. Ordering is easy and items arrive on time. Will definitely be ordering again.

I liked the look of the bag seemed to be what I was looking for. I read the reviews and placed my order, the bag is exactly what I needed and I used it for my trip to the Canary Islands, it’s been great, easy to see everything instead of having to scrabble around, fabulous and lovely material .

Great service great bag
Great service, nice and prompt. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour bag🤦♀️. I spoke to a very understanding customer service lady who explained the returns process and the issue of the replacement bag. All was done smoothly and my new bag came very quickly. I really like the bag as well a useful addition to my collection. Very happy customer.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company - always delivers within days of receipt of order - goods are packaged with no damage.
All the products I’ve purchased have been great - with their features like lighter lining so you can see inside - key strap - card sections in purses - packing cubes are fantastic don’t know how I managed with out them.

Fantastic Isobel bag
I ordered the isobel bag as I wanted a small bag that you can fit a lot into as I was going on a cruise.
And it did not disappoint, its one of the best bags I have ever owned and I love it. It has multiple pockets, a key holder and card slots.
I also got a free coin purse which was an added bonus.
I love my Isobel bag and would not be without it.

I bought a bag back in January and a few months later realised that the wrist strap was missing. I sent a email on a Sunday morning and within a hour Chelsea had replied and sent the missing strap no questions asked. Amazing service.

Straightforward ordering and delivery…
Straightforward ordering and delivery times good. Customer service also works well- I had to return something as I had misunderstood the sizing information.
Bags are practical but heavier than I expected ( take note in details). Haven’t used yet but think they will be perfect for travelling. Not sure if they will hold their shape but overall pleased with my purchase - hoping the expense will be justified.
