I first ordered my 2 carat diamond studs about 3 weeks ago. Had such a positive experience from my first phone call to the store, to my on-line order and the quick delivery. Appreciate that my order had to be picked up at the local FedEx office for security. The delivery was just over 48 hours to the west coast and I was able to track it on line. Because my new studs out shone the small diamonds I was wearing in my second piercing, I decided to order 1/2 carat studs and I’m just as pleased with these. It’s somewhat unnerving ordering products on line, especially items of high value, so I appreciate that fact that I was able to talk to staff at Michael Gabriel’s store. Thank you for a very positive experience.

I adore my new 4 carat pear shaped studs from Michael Gabriel. They are completely gorgeous and radiant. Why shop here when you see so many lab created diamonds being sold? Customer service! There were no bots responding to my questions, real people only . The first pair I returned with no problems, not because I didn’t like them but because I liked them too much and wanted a bigger pair. The staff were so nice and helpful and even made sure I got them early to wear on a trip. I cannot express how easy it was to buy, return and rebuy these diamonds. I have told everyone I know that this is where you should go if you want beautiful lab created diamonds. I will most definitely be a repeat customer.

My amazing husband bought me, a Michael Gabriels 5 CTW eternity band in 14k gold. It is Wow Spectacular, the diamonds are large & sparkle . I highly recommend MG, their customer service is excellent, they replied to my text’s quickly and answered all my questions. I was hesitant to purchase online, but It was an amazing experience. Frank even texted me the Fedx tracking information. My ring was delivered overnight, the package was discreet and it came in a classy black box with the MG emblem.

The diamonds I am happy with, it’s the earring stem that seems too weak and not sturdy. My biggest complaint is paying an extra $150 for bigger screw on backs and they are very cheap and thin, for sure not worth $150. It seems strange to have such a nice item but to make such a cheap backing.
