Great customer service. Quick to respond and thorough about sending tracking and making sure the shipping location was safe and accurate. Would definitely order from them again. Earrings are BEAUTIFUL. I got guardian backs and they really are SUPER secure. Absolute must if you're getting studs. I love that they have this option. Totally worth it.

Had a great experience ordering an anniversary ring from Michael Gabriels! I was nervous ordering and never trying on but the ring is perfect. After ordering Frank texted me and told me what to expect from ordering to arrival. Everything was perfect and I am thrilled. I will always order from Michael Gabriels.

My ring is beyond gorgeous and dealing with this company was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. They’ve got a customer for life!

I ordered the 2 ct total weight diamond studs with the screw backs. I was kept informed via text and email of delivery status. Upon receiving, I loved them! They are the perfect size, brilliant and sparkly and exactly what I wanted. However, after a few days I found the screw backs to be difficult for me to get on and off. I reached out to Frank in customer service, explained my concerns, and he shared the steps to remedy the situation. I sent the earrings back, they were modified to the traditional earring back and they arrived today! Once again, I was kept informed of their status and all of this was at no extra charge to me. I’m not sure which impresses me more- the stunning and classic diamond studs or the incredible customer service and attention to detail of this company. I think they are a rarity in this world and I would highly recommend Michael Gabriels to anyone looking for quality lab grown diamond jewelry.
