I was back in Banbury just to pick up…
I was back in Banbury just to pick up something that Natasha had to correct for me . The offer was made to either post it or to deliver it in person to me as I am recovering from knee surgery , talk about a first class service!!!! And nothing being too much trouble!!!! I decided to go in to the showroom in person to collect it myself and yet again I could not of had a more pleasant visit. I am always so well looked after and made to feel so welcome,it really is like being with old friends or family! Natasha and all the team at Banbury are so thoughtful friendly and helpful. I honestly can not imagine ever going to another jewellers and would not want to as the whole business is a breath of fresh air .
I can not say it enough but thank you Natasha and thank you to all the rest of the team there, you are all amazing and a credit to Michael Jones . I look forward to seeing you all soon I hope !.

Purchased two watches from michael jones jeweller. One was a limited edition I couldn’t get anywhere else. I received a 10% discount card with my first purchase so I decided to buy a 2nd purchase. Both watches were beautifully wrapped and boxed. Next day delivery but they only post Monday-Thursday

New strap to enhance exc ellent Omega watch

Excellent service department
My experience is through using the service department to repair jewellery and service/repair watches. The staff and service are always exemplary. One watch (a Longines) had to be sent back to Longines as it was a bit specialist. The service/repair was unsuccessful (by Longines) but Michael Jones' took control and got me a successfully overhauled and working watch. Even to the point of collecting it from and returning it to my home, some miles away from Northampton..
