Customer service is really great and informative

I think it's an easy way to earn some pocket change for the small stuff like coffee, gas, snacks, soda etc. I like when you find a platform that actually pays you for your time and doesn't scam you into buying stuff you don't need. It's refreshing

I find it was a very honest company to do projects for. If you made a mild mistake in entering information they were very kinda and let you fix. They payment was excellent and fair. I did even have to contact customer service and they were pleasant making sure that I had the tools to work with. I had also did some tasks in September before they updated the web sight. So all around I recommend Micromoola.

Very easy tasks to do, until the hardest task is to get paid. All types of hidden fees, taking anywhere from a couple of days to over two weeks to get paid. Customer service is a joke. No response for days, especially when you have questions about were my payout is. And them they ban you from the site not getting an explanation and no payout. Very poor company. Be careful what is usually too good to be true usually is. Oh yea they sell your information too. Beware

I claimed the task for Walmart purchases, built up to the reward levels and the money I earned was received very easily. This version of Micromoola really worked.

Banned my account but told me they’re “unable to share the specific reasons for a ban.” but that if I think my account should be reviewed, to reply to their email telling them why. So I went and reread their terms of service, confirmed that I had NOT broken any of their rules and emailed asking for a review, to which they replied that the decision to ban me was final.

I tried it and it produced for the first challenge. I applied for the second task and never received the go ahead. All of the other tasks advertised spots are full, so I'll check back. It's worth further investigation.

This app has held me afloat during this though times in-between payday. It's a simple to use and easy to understand app with great rewards!! I would give it a try to see just how easy it is to make some side moola fast with micromoola.com.

I was skeptical about it and how easy to do task, when I got paid, the uneasy went away. I’m still new at this and hoping there is more task. I recommend to anyone to take advantage of a side hustle. The chat customer service is what really like, if you are stuck at any task you get helped at the moment or someone gets back to you soon, does not take very long. I’m happy I bumped into this.

THEY SENT ME A EMAIL ASKING ME TO GO AND DO MORE RUNS MEANING GOING AND DOING THE SHOP SAYING TO DO BY DOUBLE OR BY TWO PACKS OF WHAT I HAVE BEEN BUYING BEFORE SO INITIALLY IT WAS ONE PACK WITH ONE ADDITIONAL ITEM SO SINCE THEY TOLD ME TO DO THE TWO I DID THE TWO WITH THE TWO ADDITIONAL ITEMS BECAUSE THERE WERE NOT CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS AND I MESSAGED THAT MORNING AT 7:00 A.M. JUST SAYING HEY I RECEIVED THE EMAIL SAYING TO DO THIS THIS AND THIS AND I NEVER EVEN GOT A RESPONSE BACK UNTIL 8:00 P.M. SO FROM 7:00 A.M. WHEN I SENT THE MESSAGE I DIDN'T EVEN GET A REPLY UNTIL 8:00 AND IT WASN'T EVEN DIRECTLY ANSWERING MY MESSAGE SO I STILL BEEN WAITING SINCE SUNDAY TO GET HELP BECAUSE THEY REJECTED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY SHOPS THAT I SUBMITTED THEY REJECTED EVERY SINGLE ONE AND STILL DIDN'T PAY ME THE WAY THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BECAUSE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO PAY ME DOUBLE ON EACH SHOP THAT I DID SO I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEBODY SENDING EMAIL AFTER EMAIL BEEN ASKING TO PLEASE FORWARD MY INFORMATION TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AND HAVE THEM GET BACK TO ME BECAUSE AT THIS POINT I STILL HAD HAD THREE OR FOUR MORE SHOPS THAT I WASN'T ABLE TO UPLOAD BECAUSE THE SYSTEM WAS BLOCKING ME BUT I HAD ASKED THE REPRESENTATIVE WHICH I HAVE SAT IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE STORE FOR 30 40 MINUTES JUST TRYING TO GET AN ANSWER FOR WHAT MY QUESTION WAS BECAUSE NONE OF THOSE STORES IN MY AREA HAD ANY INVENTORY SO I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE ACROSS TOWN THAT I HAD BEEN TOO EARLY THAT DAY SO I WAS ASKING THEM WOULD IT BE OKAY FOR ME TO GO BACK TO THAT STORE BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT THAT STORE STILL HAD INVENTORY THEY SAID YES IT WILL BE FINE GO AHEAD AND GO BACK TO THE OTHER STORE EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY BEEN TO THAT STORE TWO TIMES EARLIER SO WHEN I WENT TO SUBMIT THE SHOP THE SYSTEM KEPT BLOCKING ME AND SAYING YOU'VE ALREADY BEEN TO THIS STORE TWO TIMES TODAY FIND ANOTHER STORE TO GO TO SO I'M MESSAGING THEM THIS IN THE CHAT THEY'RE STILL NOT TELLING ME WHAT I NEED TO DO OR HOW TO GET HELP SO BASICALLY I SPENT 12 HOURS OUT RUNNING BETWEEN THE STORES TO GET THE SHOPS THREE OR FOUR OF THE RUNS WERE DEAD RUNS MEANING THEY SENT ME TWO STORES THAT DID NOT HAVE INVENTORY BUT BASED UPON WHAT THEY SHOWED WHEN I REFRESH MY LIST IT WAS STORES AVAILABLE IN THAT AREA BUT IT WASN'T AND I WAS LITERALLY OUT FOR 12 HOURS THAT DAY AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT PAID THIS WAS SINCE SUNDAY AND I'VE BEEN MESSAGING THEM EVERYDAY IN AN EMAIL ASKING TO PLEASE HAVE A SUPERVISOR PLEASE GET BACK IN CONTACT WITH ME SO THIS IS NONSENSE

Very easy tasks to complete, but I wish they paid more on store visits that end up empty. I usually spend more time looking for product in stores that are empty than stores that are stocked, b/c I don't want to miss out on the good pay.

I don’t like that they only have Fluz and PayPal for payment options. Otherwise it’s a great app.

Great experience on this app! It pays well for the gigs on there. They have a few kinks to work out with their payment partner (Fluz), but if you opt in for Paypal or a debit card to receive your payment, then this is a great choice for a gig app.
