Ordered a fleece throw that looked good on the website However it arrived without any wrapping paper or plastic wrap. It was just shoved into a shipping bag. Upon inspection I discovered a hole in the fabric along one of the edges and was dirty as well. The return address was not the same address as the order. It was about 500 miles away from some place called printify spoke custom norcross. Apparently midcentury modern gal bought really cheap flimsy fleece blankets with a paper thin polyester fabric on the reverse side,that had its design printed on by this company. Very poor quality especially for the price of $85. They have been very difficult to contact. I finally got an email stating that they had just sent me a return label but they did not(did not go to a spam folder either). Tried calling them and only get a message to leave a message and they would get back. They haven't.

STAY FAR AWAY! Horrible product - disdainful customer service and dishonest. We will be contacting the BBB and legal assistance because the seller is dishonest about the product and service. The “hand made” lamp received was in too many pieces - putting it together would have been a puzzle. Each little piece was tucked into a pre-formed styrofoam container - the lamp shade poll was extremely slim and flimsy. The lamp shade was rolled up in a scroll - you had to assemble this as well. All in all, a very cheap product for for spending over $150 for a flimsy, cheap floor lamp. The seller is dishonest - they claim you can receive a refund but then do not reimburse. We returned the product to the address from where it was sent as we had no other return information. The seller reported to our credit card company that she had never received the product. We have an ups receipt and proof of mailing and receipt to the sender. Midcenturymoderngal is a thief - stay away and do not shop their site or purchase their products!

Too bad I can’t post pictures of the broken and splitting-apart purse strap that this company provided with their Dachshund Bucket Bag.

My daughter-in-law actually loved the purse I sent her last year, but after carrying it over her shoulder for far less than a year, the fabric loop tore apart, and she can’t carry the purse without the one and only strap provided.

Help@midcenturymoderngal responded to my e-mail by saying sorry but it’s not under warranty and there’s a new owner, but if I have anymore questions feel free to reach out to them. What do you suppose I would ask them?

I have been shopping with Mid Century Modern Gal for the last several years. I guess you can say I am a big fan gal. I am always pleased with my purchases and plan on doing most of my Christmas shopping there this year. My last two purchases were floor lamps and I see they also have some Christmas shades I can swap out for the season.

I purchased and paid $270 for two lamps. They arrived from someone in California (looked like a personal address) and did not say they were from MidCenturyModernGal.com. I opened the box up and the lamps was in pieces including the lamp shade which was rolled up. They have a return policy that is not a return policy - if you order you have so much time to cancel but you can’t return after you receive. I raised a stink and after 3 months finally got someone to return. Beware that this is a total scam.
