Everything went smoothly but of the 6 SS springed hinges, one spring broke when setting it. I have not tried to return it as the gate is small and the other springed hinge does the job.

My downgrade is because one of them wasn't set at a 90 degree angle. I had to put it in a vice and use my body weight to straighten. Luckily it worked, but someone without my background and a vice would have had to send it back.

I'd take a look at your quality control.

Did not have everything I wanted. Some prices were a bit high.

HT141342 with your company and I got a notice from the USPS that I owe postage to them for around $12. I'm a little confused as to why I owe postage when I've already paid you shipping for this.

We have never seen that before. Who is telling you that you owe that money and you should not owe them anything. Are you sure that is related to this order? Can you scan the notice and send it to us?
(I scanned and sent the USPS notice.)

I am writing to express my disappointment that I never received a follow-up or resolution regarding the postage issue for Order #HT141342.

Because I did not hear back from you, I had to go to the post office and pay the additional $11.80 in shipping fees myself to collect the item. While I understand this is not a large sum, I expected a response and a solution as previously promised.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding a reimbursement for these additional costs.

I found the exact random hinge I was looking for to replace one on a new, pre-made cabinet that was defective. Shipping costs were reasonable and it arrived when scheduled. Very pleased!

Still have not received these and can't find out what is taking so long ordered on 4/2/26 (REVISION) We were never contacted that there was a delay and could not get anyone on the phone until I sent in this review today 4/16. I understand that delays happen but not being able to get anyone to give me an update has been quite frustrating. Thank you for finally responding and shipping my hinges.

The price is very fair and the response is fast.
