I found exactly what I needed.
I found exactly what I needed really fast. There was a diagram of the hinge with all of the hole measurements, which was really important, since they are replacement hinges.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Door hinges didn’t actually fit even though they were measured correctly. I messaged customer service 39 days after they were delivered, but they cited a 45 day return policy, and the order was placed 46 days previously. Do not recommend.

i called and cancelled 1st order
i called and cancelled 1st order, they shipped it anyway, i placed a 2nd order for the correct item-they cancelled it. placed a 3rd order for the right item. received it. requested rma to return first order they shipped that was cancelled, they sent me rma, I returned item and they have issued me a refund for the first order and the 2nd order they cancelled by mistake. The correct item was shipped and received and worked great. Will buy Again.

Wesley, our customer service team had been working with you on this issue. It did appear that we canceled the wrong order by mistake. However, we did ship you the correct products and adjusted your balances accordingly. Please double check your emails as we have multiple records of communications with you. Everything appears to have been taken care of on our end and do apologize for any confusion we may have caused. Update: After further review, you have been refunded for 2 out of 3 orders you placed.
