Sloppy handling by your team. Ordered and paid for white glove delivery. Your team gave the wrong instructions to the transportation company. I got offered a refund but no one has stepped up and offered to solve getting the furniture uncrated, assembled, placed or disposing the packaging debris.

Everything from the customer service in the showroom, over the phone, and the warehouse is professional, courteous and prompt. And their delivery service is just as wonderful.

Very easy shopping and checkout. And we love the chairs -- will be ordering two more!!

Good quality furniture. I always look for a good finish and high quality fabric/material and I got that in MidinMod. It’s not everywhere that you get affordable furniture that is also colorful and unique. Most colorful and unique pieces I’ve seen are either luxury goods or designer. So midinmod gives your home that luxury feel without breaking your bank. I would say it’s time for them to expand into other rooms as well. They have a larger collection for living room spaces but only a small collection for bedroom, study, dining , etc. I’d definitely shop here again.

Delivery was fast. I ordered 2 of the velvet globe table lamps. They’re gorgeous and remind me of beautiful earrings sitting next to my bedside tables. The dimmer switch is also very cool!

Just purchased a boucle sofa and paid half the price that I was willing to pay for it, bang for your buck.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a sofa and received a completely different sofa. Terrible. I asked for a refund. I don't want to know anything about them. They still haven't refunded me.

Got my gorgeous bed and are super happy. Had to call customer service to get a replacement part for one that got damaged during shipping and it was handled instantly and to my full satisfaction. Very responsive service.

I'm going to choose 4 stars because just was 1 sofa.

But I'm trying to imagine if the last time I bought a lot of furniture and I have to assemble it.

It's the reason why, I'm trying to avoid Ikea, I don't like to assemble it.

The couch was received damaged. I went to the store the next day and they said that even though it was a floor model they would probably exchange it if I sent an email since we reported it within 2 days of receiving. The email was not responded to. So I called. When I spoke to the person she said there was no way to exchange it.
I am disappointed because this was not the first purchase we have made with you and we were also planning on getting a dining set. I would have hoped for better service even though it was a floor model.

Quality is not the same both chairs. The fabric on one chair is smooth around the connections and the other chair has the fabric gathered. The chair legs also came with some small scratches.

Could not be more satisfied with the purchase of this product delivery was smooth purchasing was smooth and my product is very smooth. This was a great experience. I recommend 100%.
