MidInMod Avis

Just received my couch totally happy thank you.

Excellent customer service.

What I don’t like is is that I do not have any information about the delivery of my new sofa so right now I’m sitting in limbo kind of figure out when it’s going to arrive versus actually giving me an estimated delivery date like most companies do. I would like more details.

No communication for shipping status or response to emails inquiring - called the warehouse and there was no answer. The shipping time was misrepresented on the website. It took 3 weeks to get the order shipped and not 3 days as advertised.

I absolutely love the quality of the furniture! The people here are great too! The prices are amazing! I have been fortunate enough to fully furnish my place with all their pieces. The style of each piece definitely makes a statement.

They never delivered the item we ordered and now they are charging us for cancelling the order. In the meantime, they lied to us numerous times about the status of the order. We waited 6 or 7 weeks for the item before we figured out they were scamming us.

Very happy with my purchase and the couch looks great in my living room. This would’ve been 5 stars but there was a lag between the purchase date and delivery scheduling with no communication of updates. Customer service was always very helpful and responsive, but I had to reach out a few times for status. Once delivery was scheduled, everything went smoothly. I would definitely purchase from MidinMod again!

The furniture is top quality and the delivery was quick

The service, efficiency and ease which we had our new Fordham chair delivered to our home was outstanding customer service from placing our order with Wendy to the courteous and professional delivery team. We absolutely love our new Fordham chair to add to our other living room furniture purchased 2 years previously. We have recommended family and friends to MidnMod, all have always been delighted with their new purchases.
Best,
Paula

I received no shipment notification I had to keep calling to figure out if it shipped and what information to look for since it was coming truck

I bought all my living room and bedroom furniture from Midinmod. We have been using it for two years and we have not had any problems. Quality products, good service. Thank you everyone!

I had an amazing experience at midinmood furniture store! The selection is top-notch, with a variety of stylish and high-quality pieces. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the options without any pressure. Delivery was fast, and the furniture looks even better in person. I recently bought this modern, affordable sofa, and it's been perfect for my home with pets. It looks great in my living room, and the fabric is super durable and easy to clean, even with my pets jumping on and off. The cushions are comfortable but firm, and they’ve held up well without sagging. It’s also claw-resistant, which is a huge plus for my cats. For the price, the quality is really impressive. If you’re looking for a stylish, pet-friendly sofa that won’t break the bank, I definitely recommend this one!

I bought a dining set (table and 4 chairs) from Midinmod almost a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality! The furniture is incredibly sturdy, and despite daily use, it still looks and feels like new. The chairs are comfortable, and the table has held up so well—it’s clear this is a product made to last. I’ve also noticed they have some really stylish sofas, and I’m definitely considering getting one when it's time to replace my current couch. Highly recommend Midinmod for anyone looking for durable and well-designed furniture!

I recently purchased from Mid in Mod, and it exceeded my expectations. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, with attention to detail that makes it feel like a true mid-century modern piece. The chair is incredibly comfortable, and the design adds a sophisticated touch to my living room. The ordering process was smooth, and customer service was responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Mid in Mod for anyone looking to add stylish and high-quality furniture to their home.

I bought Blair Sofa and Fordham lounge chairs. I usually wait a while to write reviews. Been using these pieces for 13 months now. We are very happy with our purchase. Despite our 2 cats, the velvet on the lounge chairs and the boucle on the sofa are still doing really well.

Great Company.
Very cozy styles.
