Originally promised a 5-7 day delivery, my order was delayed and arrived after nearly a month. The appliance I received was incorrect due to a misleading website image. After placing a new order, it took an additional month to arrive. Returning the wrong item incurred an £8.50 fee, even though the error was not mine. This delay was particularly challenging as I required the appliance for patient care in a hospital setting. Despite the lengthy wait of almost two months, I was impressed by the fantastic customer service. Special thanks to Gabby and Tina for their invaluable support during this challenging time.
Generally very reliable company, I use them for 5+ years.
The only downside is that their website not always shows the current stocks.
The stethoscope I ordered got damaged during the engraving process. It was the last one they had in stock in the colour I chose. I received an email informing me of this. I could either wait for stock to return which was going to take a few weeks, cancel the order or choose another colour. There was no gesture of goodwill made for the inconvenience. I then received a phone call from the team and I expressed my disappointment to which they said no discount can be given as per the manager and were pressing me to select another colour. The colour I had chose was in stock with other retailers at the time of my order and is now out of stock in many places leaving me in a difficult situation which I believe does warrant some sort of gesture of goodwill as the fault was on MidMeds side and they should have done more to redeem their error. A stethoscope is more than just a tool – it’s a very personal part of a clinician’s identity, and choosing the colour is something many of us put real thought into. To have my chosen colour broken and then be told simply to pick another without any gesture of goodwill was really disappointing. It was not until I said I would like to cancel the order and will be leaving a bad review that almost immediately a £10 discount was offered. In the end I cancelled my order as I found the customer service quite distasteful.

Always a great service. As a GP practice we love using them. Only wish we have more discount code to use as been a loyal customer.

On 24th March I ordered rolls of lint, went through the on-line payment and was happy that everything was tikkety-boo. I have bought this same lint for several years from MidMeds with no problems. This time...problem. On Monday at about 15.30hr I telephoned to enquire about my order. They could not find it. After some searching and discussion we decided to use the original details, which they still had but no record of payment, It sounded like a lot of work for them but all confirmed order should be with me on Wednesday 2nd. April. I was happy. My surprise came when the delivery courier knocked on our door and gave me the package not 24 hours after my telephone call , 1st. April !!!.

Website stated order will come within 5-7 days - took nearly 4 weeks before the order came. Then the wrong appliance came as their website illustration was wrong. Reordered the correct one and then that took another month to come. Then there were issues for them to collect the order - bear in mind I had to pay £8.50 for them to collect the wrong order although it was due to their illustration being wrong. I needed the appliance for patient care in a hospital setting and it took nearly 2 months for the appliance to come. Gave 2 stars only due to the fact that the customer service was great - thank you Gabby and Tina for your support during the stressful period.
