Easy to use website
Easy to use website. My only complaint above the service was the delivery I was given a time and my husband was at home to receive it only to find it it was delivered 2 hours earlier and left outside my back gate and could have been stolen. My husband was not aware it was there.

Arrived promptly. We had a query about the product so rang customer service and spoke to Charlie James who rang us back quickly and sorted out the problem so excellent customer service.
Our only little gripe is that the motor on the canister is quite a bit louder than we expected which is a bit of a nuisance but apart from that really pleased.

Really easy to order and very quick…
Really easy to order and very quick delivery. The Cryocuff was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. I haven't needed to use it as I have not had my knee surgery yet.
