Scooter started making whiny noises two weeks after the guarantee ran out. They wanted £550 to come have a look at it. This is well over the top. Hence just one star.'

He was well spoken, polite, friendly , professional and patient, and he went through everything, some parts more than once. I was very happy with his performance. Thank you.

The gentleman called Neil arrived on time and demonstrated the scooter to us really well.He went very clearly through unfolding ,using it,and getting it into the boot of the car.
The delivery on15th April was arranged around a time 08to suit us,and the two people who came were very helpfull and polite going thro using the scooter again.

The delivery staff were polite and friendly. They gave a full explanation of the product and how to use it.

Everything about the whole experience was truly professional. The demonstration was very thorough and i was able to take the scooter for a complete test drive and was able to load & unload the scooter without any problems at all. We were impressed by all aspects of the demonstration so ably carried out by ALAN. So genuine and informative, WELL DONE!

Feeling rather let down by Muick Sandy. We recently made the decision to invest a large portion of savings on a scooter for my father who had mobility issues. Unfortunately a month after he took delivery of his scooter he unexpectedly passed away. It had been used twice in the 4 weeks he had it. I reached out to ask if the scooter could be taken back and partially refunded as a gesture of goodwill only to have the standard response that as it was after the 14 day cooling off period there was nothing that could be done. I would understand if it had been used on a daily basis or had been a couple of months but it’s basically been round a supermarket and a cafe once.
