We have had a seemless, considerate and very timely service from Muick Sandy.
The product was chosen by the rep to suite my needs, we felt comfortable and did not feel under any pressure to buy the product. I felt the rep could not have given us any better service than he did.
The engineers, Jamie and Aran explained the product thoroughly, they were very friendly, professional and thoroughly understood the product, all our questions were answered and the after care was reassuring.
I can not fault the care and attention we have received from ordering the product to receiving it.

The salesman was very informed and helpful, in understanding what we required. After owning the chair for a couple of weeks, its of great help to my wife.

It’s a good company they come to your home show you the different scooters your interested in they go through everything with you then you go for a test run on a scooter they don’t rush you the man that came to see me was very nice very cheerful and thorough I waited a week for delivery they came when they said they would and they went threw everything again with me I am very pleased with my new scooter

John (Italian) has just repaired out mobility scooter, he not only did the repair but put a belt on the scooter for ease of closing and straightened the wheels. He went above and beyond what was expected.

Malcolm was really efficient arriving on time and provided a helpful refresher of how to set up and look after mums new scooter. He answered the few remaining questions we had following Gary's initial visit when we purchased the scooter and despite being the only driver delivering across Scoyland, Malcolm was friendly, down to earth and so positive about the difference his company makes. 10 out of 5 stars. Great service from Lee the engineer very polite and knowledgeable. Had a few issues with my scooter and Lee sorted all the issue and a couple i wasn't aware of and fully checked my scooter over. Kept me updated with arrival times as I had a appointment until 3 and he turned up at the time stated. Great service.
