From my first enquiry by phone to the representative who demonstrated different scooters and subsequently the two fellas who delivered my scooter the service has been first class.

Extremely happy with all my dealings with the company from first contact to delivery. The staff could not be more helpful, all seem friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Excellent training session and guidance give by Richard which enabled me to choose the right model. 2 days later the delivery team of Dan and Jamie went through everything with me again - a very good service and company to deal with.

First and for most Lewis the sales man is on top of all you ask him He answered all we asked and more that he thought we would require to help us with our order scooter came on time but I fell and broke my hip so haven't been out on it yet but on our home it was all I expected
Since then we have ordered two made to measure electric chairs .This firm we would highly recommend

Although these cone with a very high price tag the device itself is similar to other models available. Ordering, delivery and customer service is excellent. Handover and instructions on delivery is professional. Now the negative, my first use of the scooter the battery lasted less than 3 miles but I presume it needed a full charge. Tried to rise over a very small lowered curb and it nearly tipped over on me while the second attempt sent it into a wheelie where I needed help. Curb was on 1-2cm max. So watch out for any slight curb at all. Folding is great both ways but watch your fingers and don't use your hand to assemble. Let it fall naturally into place using the handles and seat if required. My second trip lasted much longer but the lever for stop/start is very flimsy plastic so be careful not to over bend. It does manage inclines very well as I had no trouble going over a bridge across a river.
