Good experience with the company. Can't wait to try out my fx carbonscooter Jamie and Aaron did a good demo.

Good but would not call it gold standard. The seat not as comfortable as my last scooter and did miss not having a front basket. why I gave it 4 stars. Wonderful to be mobile once more but not delivered with user manual. Rebecca at customer care was 1st class. Having arthritis removing battery is not easy but may become easier with practice.

The experience buying the buggie for the first time is concerning however the time and effort given by MuickSandy staff was impressive and made the experience a successful one.

All questions answered.Easy and comprehensive demonstration .Very pleasant gentleman.

I took the risk and scootered into Midhurst on the footpath uneven full of natures deadbury took it in its stride . Came back on the bus , changed the battery very agreeable experience ……….tony golding

Kim was fantastic and was very friendly & helpful. He kept me informed of his arrival time. He also gave me very useful advise on using the scooter and advice for lifting it into a vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone. And was very pleased with the visit from Kim the engineer

I was promised regular updates. But I had to chase to see where the order was upto. Having been scammed. It made me very anxious.

I would ask when promising customers updates I would suggest you do.

Through out the whole process the Mewick Sandy staff were most helpfull, patient, and looked at our needs and how to solve them. No pushy sale technics.
Toby the delivery driver made sure we knew how to use the product , demonstrated and explained everything. Most proffessional.

Delivery date and time was as advised. Demonstration was patient and good, but chair aftercare and maintenance was not explained.

Great experience with this company I’m writing this as Arthur’s daughter he’s 97 years young and doesn’t do e mails or reviews!! Very professional & patient not pushy.
