Brent was very helpful with all aspects of buying a scooter. He was very patient with my husband who has had a stroke and talks a lot. He explained everything to us and then showed us. He managed to solve a huge
problem with how David sit on the scooter. His left leg flops way out and then he leans to the right this is why he thinks he is not safe. Brent also showed me how to het the scooter in the car I could not speak I have had such a terrible time on holiday and I have hurt my bad tis will not happen again. Brent was so knowledgable it was a pleasure to meet him. Thanks to Christine and Sam for there help on the phone. It has been a pleasure to have Brent help us. Yes I would recommend this company. Just waiting for delivery. Thank you.

Two days ago I requested a brochure from Muick Sandy, as already having both a reclining chair and a riser chair I wanted to see if I could get one that did both. This morning I recieved a phone call from them to say they had not got my house number, which I happily gave them, before quickly realising this was just an excuse to call me. It soon became apparrant that this company, under the guise of wanting to be helpful in finding me the right product for my needs, was only interested in a determined sales pitch. I tried to explain that all I wanted at the moment was to look at their brochure to see what was available, but she was telling me that they could bring a chair out for me to try. It was all 'too much too soon'. I made it quite clear I didn't expect to be bombarded with 20 questions, and that I felt she was pressurising me, but she still continued talking. Eventually I told her to forget about the brochure as I would buy from somewhere else.

From the Representative Ray to the delivery driver Billy both very friendly and knowledgeable about the mobility scooter. Both demonstrated how to use it. From ordering to delivery was very quick. Very professional firm and would recommend.

Like everything else in life, when you are looking for anything special, it’s a minefield! I researched a chair for myself taking care to read reviews very carefully (good and bad), but when the sales team came to the house to demonstrate their chair, I was most impressed not only with their knowledge of what was available in the market but also with all the technical details and specifications. Although maybe a little more expensive than some of their competitors, it’s the old story - you get what you pay for! Their service is second to none and all the staff whom I dealt with were highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Muick Sandy - thank you!
