From the Representative Ray to the delivery driver Billy both very friendly and knowledgeable about the mobility scooter. Both demonstrated how to use it. From ordering to delivery was very quick. Very professional firm and would recommend.

Like everything else in life, when you are looking for anything special, it’s a minefield! I researched a chair for myself taking care to read reviews very carefully (good and bad), but when the sales team came to the house to demonstrate their chair, I was most impressed not only with their knowledge of what was available in the market but also with all the technical details and specifications. Although maybe a little more expensive than some of their competitors, it’s the old story - you get what you pay for! Their service is second to none and all the staff whom I dealt with were highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Muick Sandy - thank you!

The representative Darcy Smith was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the Muicksandy equipment, demonstrating the facilities and the scooter usage.
We were impressed with the quality of and the robust of the scooter. Most importantly Darcy gave us plenty of time and carefully listened and was understanding of our needs, answering all our questions, nothing was too much trouble for him to ensure that the scooter would be appropriate for our needs.
We also appreciated the customer service support by the admin team and also that a no Obligation home visit was available

We had a knowledgeable and in-depth demonstration of the new FX Pro Scooter at my house by Brent from Muick Sandy.
After our appointment on 17.9.26 at 1.15pm I ordered the new FX Pro scooter and it was with me within 24hrs the next day 18.9.26 at 11.30am.
Fantastic service from start to finish.

I purchased a mobility scooter in may 2025.
Today, the potentiometer knob has fallen off and could not be found anywhere.
It had fallen off once before when I went over the rumble strip on the edge of the pavement, I did manage to find it that time, put it on and tightened it up, so assumed that all would be well, alas that was not to be, as the knob has come off, yet again going over a rumble strip.( possibly a design fault ?)
I telephoned the company to request a new one, and to my horror was told that it would cost me £10.50 + £6.00 postage…..so much for customer service!
Searched the internet and found that I could buy replacements for £5.45 for 6 !!(Couldn’t buy less)
I had intended to upgrade my scooter next year, but in view of the lack of good will from Muick Sandy I will be considering purchasing elsewhere !

Garry was brilliant! Made me feel very relaxed, answered all my questions clearly and professionally, I really enjoyed the experience. I would recommend muick sandy to anyone who is looking for e recliner, they are fortunate to have Garry as part of the team.

Had my scooter delivered today by Gary and Kevin. They explained and showed me everything they were very professional.
I have already had a good run out found it really easy to ride. It is easier to fold than unfold. But I guess it gets easier when you get use to it.

Very happy with the company the drivers jack and aaron did great got my heavy duty rise and recline chair into my bungalow was tight but they got it done. The chair is comfy and a good size for me the rep measured me great for tge chair thank you great service thank you.

The delivery a two men team were excellent polite and respectful throughout the time they were here I would recommend them to you.

Very pleasant delivery and fittings people. Extremely helpful, gave us time without rushing. Highly recommend.
