Lewis the salesman that visited us…
Lewis the salesman that visited us asked plenty of questions about my disability to make sure that we wanted to look at the right mobility scooter for me, not necessarily the most expensive but one that we could manage to fit in the car and travel on public transport when we wished, patience in showing us how everything worked and giving plenty of time to try the product even going out to the car and seeing if we could manage with ease for lifting in and out. We were extremely happy with the whole experience and not feeling under any pressure to buy. Very impressed with this company

First class service from ordering and measuring up to complete installation ! The two guys were spot on time too and the chairs were installed with no mess of packaging or disruption. We got clear instructions how to use the chairs and we are more than happy with our purchase. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a chair or two.

Excellent staff and service
Everyone we had dealings with, Richard, Dan and Jamie were friendly and very good at explaining all aspects of the scooter and its components.Richard gave me the opportunity to test drive the scooter on various terrains and at no point did anyone apply pressure to purchase the product. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Happy with the sale process I received from Muick sandy was easy and all staff members have been kind and helpful. Jack and Aaron gave me lots of phone calls with there eta of there arrival and they were dead on time, were very good gave me a good demo and showed me how to charge and fold the fx pro scooter thank you I look forward to testing the scooter out with my friends going around the shops and garden centres thank you.
