Wrong radio, “new” one is the same with a new sticker.
Ordered the 4GB e46 head unit and received the 2GB version 2 days later. Waited for Monday and emailed to get a refund or a replacement radio, I send the radio back the following morning and hear nothing. For 5 days. Eventually I find a phone number which isn’t easily found on their website and get some communication, once the replacement radio arrives it’s just a 2GB model with a 4GB sticker stuck on it.

Bought a stereo unit for my Audi
Bought a stereo unit for my Audi. Worked fine for a while, till the CarPlay function stopped working. I’ve been waiting for a replacement unit for over a month, for some reason they are not responding to my emails
So the Audi replacement unit. Worth it? NO!!! Sound quality is pretty crap
Would I buy from this company again. NO!!!

Hi Aggelos, regarding your order we did not lose your package? The package was given to the shipping service and they lost it in transit we had also given you all proof for shipping. We then got a new item sent out for you asap and you have got updates for it as you have got the new tracking number for the new parcel that's on the way to you. Bear in mind this is an international parcel so delivery won't be extremely fast and it was stated when purchasing the product.
A very good and reliable service.

Could be better
Don’t get me wrong the product quality is excellent. I ordered a symphony ambients kit and the quality is so much better than expected but the kit was missing a strip (Description advertised 6 but only received 5), customer service response time is horrible and delivery time takes forever. It took almost a month for everything to arrive (initial kit + missing strip). A few people who I know that have ordered the ambient kit had also reported a strip or few being missing and had same issue with customer response time. Definitely could’ve been 5 stars If it wasn’t for the fact the strip was missing and the horrible customer service. But just because of the product quality I most likely will be buying from them again and hopefully they sort out customer service and send the full kit with no pieces missing.

Been waiting for my package for more than a full week and can’t just solve with the merchant!!! Tried to contact them no luck ! Tracking says it was suspposed to be picked up but no one was in ! Do no buy from here !!! At all !!! Spent 153£ asking for money back getting ignored !

Hi, I've just had a check on the system and the item has already been dispatched and it is on the way to you. If you have queries about the delivery we'd reccomend checking the tracking number or contacting the delivery service. Our estimate delivery date for your item is 9-11th October. This was made clear on the product order page. Also regarding part mentioning you contacted us regarding a refund we have proof of a response from both parties and you told us to still go ahead with sending the item out which we have done

Hi, your item was sent out on the day you placed your order. We do not claim to have a 5 day delivery estimate for international orders. When you submit this review we checked the tracking of the parcel and it was out of our county and in yours so you would need to have a talk to the delivery service as we have no control over the. If you wanted this to be resolved you should've contacted or left a review for that company as leaving a review here can't really do anything as you're commenting about a service not provided by us.
