A Waste of Time
I had ordered a series of books as of 13th December hoping it would be enough time for it to arrive for Christmas.
The product did not come for Christmas, but what was more annoying that during those 2 weeks I had received no correspondence from this company. I even emailed them two days prior to Christmas asking if I could get some form of communication about my product and to this day have yet to receive an answer.
Then on the 28th, I received an email from them, finally, only to be told that the order was cancelled because they didn't have enough stock.
For over 2 weeks I had received no communication from them, only for them to just suddenly cancel my order and then tell me they didn't have the stock, which is something they could've easily told me way before.

The books were great and contained in an appropriate bag made them even more special. I have had a practice reading them aloud for when I am with my grandson.
