Order my first black ribbed soft set and it’s amazing, fit it great, and the quality it unreal. I’ve had so many compliments on it. Just made my second order of the coral shirts set and forgot to place my free gift it the basket. They actually called and sent me a text to ask what gift I’d like .. wow! Talk about service. ❤️👌🏼🙏

Best Quality & Customer Service
I have been ordering from Milanastudios for over a year now all items I’ve received are of high quality they wash great and you can tell there made from the highest quality materials.
I love all there new designs they stay above the trend and there customer service is second to none they go above and beyond.
I highly recommend them it’s my favourite brand and I look forward to a Sunday at 4 now ☺️ 💕

Amazing quality
This was my first order and I am so shocked by how great the quality is! I’m always hesitant to order online but I was so happy with my order. The quality is amazing and it looks exactly as it does on the website. The customer service was amazing from start to finish, the postage was also super quick which is always a plus! Will defo be ordering again.

Absolutely appalled at the customer service from this company.
I shop quite alot form themselves and spent a lot of money with them.
I purchased a jumper from themselves, worn twice and washed once - once washed, the colour of the jumper seeped into the writing.
The product is simply faulty and whether the item has been worn 10 times or 1 time, or washed 10 times or 1, the colour should simply not seep.
They are stating the item has become bitty, I feel that just explains the quality of their clothing - simply not up to the standards and definitely does not reflect the price they charge especially after only wearing the item twice
Although I shop very often with them and spent alot of money on that website - I will no longer be purchasing from them.
Extremely disappointed in the company and for not to accept liability of appalling quality of their items.

I literally came across this brand by accident and now I’m obsessed. Brought a few items now from the core joggers to the tote bag. I honestly can’t fault a thing. The quality is second to none. I also love the personal touches such as how the items arrive in bags with a Thankyou name card. Certainly worth 5 ⭐️

Make up lies not to refund genuine returns

You don’t even know who I am or anything about my order I’ve not given that detail not even a name so how u can reply in such detail claiming condition of my returns is beyond me seens a lot like u have a prepared speach for all the customers your scamming
PayPal will be notified of the update.
DONT BUY RETURNED UNWANTED UNUSED UNTRIED ITEMS returned via Royal Mail in original packaging with everything intact after taking one look at size and fabric to have email back with claims made item was worn and that Milana have returned items to me again after me paying postage each way already I’ve now had to claim via PayPal dishonest company and from first time buying on visual inspection poor quality items too don’t take the risk.

Great Customer Service
I’ve got loads from Milana and never had an issue, the quality is unmatched.
With my recent order, it just wasn’t me so I sent it back with Royal Mail, they lost the parcel for a week even though I’d paid for Tracked24 then said that I hadn’t paid enough postage and that I’d have to wait 18 days for it to be returned to sender. I contacted Milana & Ruby was really so helpful over emails even though the issue was with Royal Mail and not Milana! She got me the details I needed for RoyalMail and my parcel is now due to be returned to them tomorrow.

So so happy with my order
So so happy with my order! Customer service is great and prompt replies. A couple of days after I placed my order I realised my address was my old address on the delivery, I emailed customer service and they managed to update my new address and then my parcel arrived the following day. Can’t fault the service and in love with my tracksuit!
