The reformer arrived securely packed in a timber crate, and assembling it was surprisingly simple. Every detail — from the timber frame to the pleather, ropes, box, and boards — is beautifully crafted and matches seamlessly. The quality is outstanding.

I was very particular in what i wanted in a reformer and the maple studio had everything.

It is a top quality machine, very happy.
I would recommend paying the extra for the white glove service to have it unpacked and assembled made it completely hassle free, and no awkward packing materials to take to the dump.

Sam was super polite and so helpful in meeting my needs. The maple studio reformer is made from high quality hardwood timber - the same used in most quality guitar necks. Im 93kg now (same as my wedding weight 15 years ago), yet the reformer is able to cope with my movements in all modes including jump board. The plastic wrapping is a little tricky to remove completely but at least the product is well protected in transit, especially to WA. 10/10. Big thanks sam for the upgrade and speedy delivery. Goodbye scoliosis pain, hello strength, fitness and happiness.
