I was dealt with by Ellie, who was very efficient, friendly and patient. In order to ensure that my booking was confirmed she had to remain at the office after closing time, which I greatly appreciated. Thanks to her advice and dedication, she saved me a great deal of money.

It was quick and easy to make my booking, by the agent staff. Gave my budget that she asked me, came away with 2 options. Going away to celebrate my upcoming birthday. Very happy with my choice, even tho I wanted to go to Playa De last Americas,but my budget couldn't stretch that much.

Ellie listened to our requests and found us a holiday we are looking forward to.
