I ordered a two cell DPM mag pouch at A+ grade and it had a shattered buckle. I have reached out via email but have not heard back. Other than that the rest of the equipment worked just fine.

Ordered a pair of XL US Woodland BDU trousers. Although they came in good time they were not a XL, 27-31" waist. I sent a number of emails to the sales email, as given on the order, no response at all. In the end had to go through PayPal. Customer service seems zero. Shame as the goods arrived in good time. Personally, I won't be buying there again.

I bought two quality folding camping chairs from MilitaryMart for a bargain price .
They were shipped in record time , and we're well packed so arrived perfect.
The camping chairs have a nice thick padding on and are really comfy . The chairs are Highlander brand and are 3x more expensive to buy from anywhere else.
I will definitely buy from MilitaryMart in the future , I can't fault them at all .

I thought this was some kind of joke !!! I returned everything for a full refund and you even have the brass neck to charge me for return postage!!!
Ps if the refunded about isn't deposited into my account with 7 days upo receipt of the goods I shall be seeking legal advice !

Great stock and items as described, but I paid for priority postage and the order wasn't dispatched for nearly a week, and when it arrived it was missing an item. Contacted the email on the invoice for sales department, still waiting for a reply 5 days later.

The grey Russian army hat is great,I will definitely be using it this winter.

They didn't have my tent nor did their supplier. They offered me a pathfinder tent instead ( more expensive and lighter) as a replacement. It's a better tent and I accepted immediately and I received it in under 24hrs . Outstanding customer service. I've bought from them before and have just ordered from them again 👍👍👍

Great Chair, ok I'm 6'5" & about 20 stone it's Great very comfortable & safe , most if not all garden chairs a flimsy and not strong enough to support someone of my size so a small person will feel spot on , would recommend to everyone .
