Good experience with military mart (my first) easy ordering, delivery prompt. The spud gun was a waist of time though, no pressure, pellet might travel 2ft before arcing to the floor

I got the finnish framed rucksack. Excellent condition and absolutely bombproof. Delivery was one day once order had been dispatched. Military mart is a fantastic site. Thank you.

Sleeping bag is in excellent condition, extremely warm and the length is perfect for a tall person ( I am 6’3”)and there is still room to spare.

Great delivery and the item was perfect and in great condition

I ordered 4 items from here, and 3 of them were fine.
The set of mess tins arrived badly damaged and unable to be separated due to this.
I have emailed the given link for returns 3 times with absolutely no response.
Will take it up with Paypal for a refund due to the lack of communication.

Very good delivery time for 6 (heavy duty) storage trays, I gave them a good squirt of WD40 overnight then a persuasion to come apart with a heavy hammer. For £3 each they are very good.

Delivered quickly. The packaging was battered, but the chairs were okay. One of the two had a broken rivet that required replacing. Overall good value. Glad there wasn’t a bigger issue after my last experience with MilitaryMart.

Ordered carabiners, Swedish wool Tunic and a 4 pack of USB lanterns.
Carabiner were good.
Tunic was small not medium and had 2 ruddy great big holes in the right hand sleeve. Straight to charity shop.
Lanterns didn't arrive. Emailed them. 3.times! Nothing. 2 weeks later 2 of the 4 lanterns arrived. Lanterns are good but I paid for 4.
Not a good experience.

Nice chair but on first outing, one of the rivets gave way. Waiting to replace with screw and nut.
PS I've emailed several times asking where is my refund for returned order.
I returned 2 items in order 97268 which was received by you via Yodel courier on 28/05/26, however, I still have not received my refund of £114.50.
