Fast delivery looks well made, yet to use it will find out this weekend amazing for the price

I have found Military Mart a reasonably priced market for quality surplus items from around Europe. Their service is excellent for speed in dispatch to receiving your item. I fully recommend them. I’m a returning customer.

I've dealt with Military Mart several times, the gear is always exactly as described, customer service is 10/10 and delivery is almost as fast as my local takeaway. Excellent prices too. I don't normally bother leaving unless I feel a business goes above n beyond, can't recommend these guys enough.

I had to wait a little bit longer to receive my goods but that was because of a mis-delivery but the post office

Shopped here many times and always had a good experience. Quality products, very reasonable prices, fast deliveries and on the one occasion I wanted to return an item the process was friendly and smooth.
I find it difficult to find anything to criticize, I suppose I'd like to see more and larger photographs of the items...but maybe that's just my old eyes... ;- )

Poor customer service. Have contacted them several times to make enquiries, but have received no answers.
Last order placed was over a weekend and covered by a free postage offer.
I was still charged postage. Again tried contacting them without response.
Seems a poor review is the only way to go.
Be careful, check bill closely and don’t expect a response to any problems.

Rivet failed the first time i used it . Appreciate the description but when out in a field who would carry a nut and bolt ! as a known issue issue that costs pennies to prevent perhaps the failing rivets could have been changed before issue rather than have a unhappy customer . Very quick response telling me how to resolve and even an offer of sending a nut and bolt FOC. Still wouldn't have avoided me sitting on the ground for 2 evenings

Speedy delivery.

Item listed as grade A, what arrived was below grade C. Heavy corrosion to metal parts, rips and holes to the fabric. All straps frayed. Customer service didn't seem to know about their own internal grading system. I opted not to attempt to return after reading reviews on here, saving myself the stress of them claiming it didn't arrive or only offering partial refunds etc. As others have said, if I had read through these reviews I wouldn't have shopped with them and I certainly won't be shopping with them again. They claim to have been in business 26 years, will be interesting to see if they can carry on while alienating their customer base.

Had a delay with the item ordered but emailed them and was informed where the parcel was and when it would be delivered.

Fleece finally arrived 15/05/26 I ordered it around the 10/03/26 no explanation or apology, I emailed you several times to say I’d not received it with no reply, I’d given up on it coming, fleece is good and so was the jacket I bought from you but I won’t be buying anything else from you unfortunately
