This is a new service we're offering and we're still learning, so we're grateful for any feedback that may help us improve the way we run things. Milk Academy is just an amazing agency!
Milk Academy is an amazing agency that does all they can to see things from the job seekers perspective. After sending in my application, I was contacted by Milk Education's recruitment consultant, Eve Beer. She was very friendly, ready to answer all my numerous questions, and offered support within her reach (example online teaching courses and online links to aid application for international police clearances) to prepare me for the job. When I met Eve in person, she was as amazing and friendly as she was over the phone. She said something striking "it's because of job seekers that they exist and have a job" so they are always there to offer support when/where needed. I believe joining an agency with such philosophies, is a decision in the right direction.

The talk was good and full of information. However the talker needs to be more flexible if you want to change the device in the middle of the talk, which I was not able to do.

Really informative and help relax…
Really informative and help relax anxiety of returning to school in September. Finding out that there are other courses that I would be able to attend to further my training and skills is wonderful- especially the mental health first aid course mentioned.

The course was primarily about wellbeing. It was very informative about how to look after yourself so that you are able to assist in the welfare of other. Reference material was made available to continue the process. A good introduction to positive feelings and resilience.

My first Milk Academy training
This was my first CPD by Milk Academy. The presenter was engaging and very positive. The presenter was engaging and very positive. Very Informative and interesting. Lots of tips on where to get support as well as ideas and tips to try when feeling overwhelmed and alone.
