I order my bag to forever to get it ! I order the Gabrielle
I will never order from this company again . Wrote them about the crossbody strap not going on the bag with ease . You really have to play with it to get it attached .i felt that was not right . I explained everything sent photos and they told me they would it help if they sent me a new strap . I told them if it was the same size don’t bother . The metal clasp needs to have a wider opening so it goes on with ease . I have sent an additional 2 email after I got the replacement strap and have not heard a word . Also this has been going on since Feb . I realize these are copies but it my money and I would expect better service . Never one did they say I can’t fix the strap send bag back. Now it’s too late ! I thought they would handle this problem . Also I was kinda afraid to send it back since it took so long to receive it in the first place . I believe it read you can send back 7 days after receipt. By the time I asked my question and did the request of the pictures it was past 7 day . It went back and forth so many times and it’s may and I still don’t have any answers .

I have purchased a bag on March 12. I didn’t receive any delivery confirmation for about 2 weeks. I emailed them twice. They finally updated me with a tracking number. Waited a month to receive. The moment I open the box, I can smell that the leather is PU. I will contact customer service for a replacement or refund. If not, I will contact my bank. Very disappointed for lying that it’s genuine leather. I have plenty of genuine leather in my closet and this bag is surly not. Fake and scam.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I purchased a bag and nearly 60 days later I still have no shipping confirmation. CS kept saying things like, it will ship today or you’ll get it in 7-10 days or we’ll add a free twilly and etc. But in the end the item never shipped. I disputed the charge on my credit card and received a refund. Don’t buy from here.

Strangely, my bag did arrive. It’s a plastic piece of trash that I paid a lot $169 for. I highly recommend not ordering from this site.

I have purchased two handbags from mille bags. I have the Gabrielle Black with gold hardware 30 cm and the Lea Black 25 cm. Both bags are stunning but especially the Lea. Its quality took my breath away. My only problem was with shipping. I ordered the Lea on 2/22/2026 and did not receive it until 3/23/2026. I had to reach out three times before I received an email back. These bags are truly a luxury bag and seem flawless. I will order again.

I LOVED this company for a long time, but last order the bag was horrendously sewn and quality was not what it was! I did complain and they sent me another one and it looked just like the first one. I then said that I was done with the company that I’m moving onto another company that has a better quality item and they gave me this song and dance that they’re changing their logistics. Whatever ask me to pick whatever I wanted that they would send it to me well that was well over a month and a half ago still never received my replacement. I am 100% done with this company. They are not the same company. They were two years ago. I am beyond disappointed with their excuses, but I would be buyer beware there’s plenty of other companies out there who are doing, designer, inspired, handbags, and quality is much better than this.
They lost a really good customer with their excuses on shipping out the replacement.

I’ve had more positive experiences in the past - great quality bags.

But this time my order was routed in the wrong direction and for a time lost. CS had zero interest in helping me, saying it was my responsibility to locate the bag and drive to find it.

After I disputed the charge on my credit card, the lost bag was found. It should not have come to this. Bag is cute tho.

Sono caduta nella loro trappola! Ho acquistato una borsa ne hanno inviato un’altra e non rispondono a nessuna e-mail né numero di telefono che dicono disponibile h24.
Adesso metterò su Instagram dove propongono le loro borse un’allerta per non cadere in questa trappola

Ci sono cascata anch'io ho buttato 135.00 per 2 ciofeche di borse oltretutto neanche ci assomigliano lontanamente a quelle che ho ordinato sono dei truffatori ancora non mi capacito come ho fatto a farmi imbrogliare ma domani vado a denunciare.

Più che una esperienza si è rilevata una banale truffa.
Ho ricevuto una borsa, che non è quella ordinata, del valore max di € 10.00 che ho pagato € 90.00.
Ho provato ha contattare il sito e chiamare il numero telefonico per chiedere il cambio della merce ricevuta, dai quali non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.
Scrivo solo al fine di evitare che altre persone cadano in questo tranello.
Contatterò il mio legale per querelare questi signori ma di certo sarà impresa ardua recuperare il maltolto.

After a very long wait, I finally received my order. I was excited to unpack it, but as soon as I removed the packaging, I noticed a large and very obvious scratch at the bottom front of the bag. This was extremely disappointing, especially after such a long wait.

I hope they will issue a refund as soon as possible. The quality is very poor, although I would have kept it if it was not the scratch (colour was removed from that spot so there was very obvious white spot) .

The customer service number on their website is fake ! Doesn't exist ! They are very slow replying to emails (sometimes they do not reply at all). I still haven't heard back from them regarding the faulty bag I received!

It is not worth it! Avoid this company. Looks good on the website and Instagram but is not a good quality at all! Looks like the bag is covered with paper from the outside and the dye pill off! I got it on sale and I still think it was overpriced for the quality!

Edit: since writing this they have offered a replacement. If I receive it I will update the review.
Edit2: they sent a replacement bag quicker than my original order and was in good condition. They did not want me to return the damaged one, they told me I can keep it.

Sito truffa....non ordinate niente....sono arrivate borse cinesi dal valore di 10€ l'una....non rispondono al telefono e l'indirizzo @ non esiste

Truffatori... il pacco era vuoto pieno di cartoni per far peso... vergognatevi 100 € buttati

È una truffa non acquistate nulla da questo sito MILLY SHOP LUXURY. Ho ordinato una borsa di marca, e me ne arrivata un'altra della bancarella del mercato. Pagamento alla consegna, non date nulla al corriere GLS o altre Società di consegna.

Pessima veramente ordinate due borse certo non mi aspettavo l’originale di borsa firmate ma quantomeno che si avvicinasse alla foto veramente pessime 140€ buttati per borse che valgono si è no 15€ l’una..fate molta attenzione

Absolutely satisfying experience, the quality is amazing and the customer service, as well as the shipping process was really smooth and quick. Would highly recommend!

Really nice bags, overall good quality. Delivery to Europe is also quite quick BUT they really need to improve the shipping box. I was lucky most of the time, but the last one came with a big dent on the front. Please don’t put such nice bags into those thin carton boxes :(

Customer service was great and quick. Bag was exactly as pictured and so perfect, very happy and will be back for more
