I recently purchased two Lindi style bags, scarves, and a bag charm. I want to say the customer service I’ve received from Handsewgift is absolutely phenomenal! When my original order was stolen, their support team wasted no time in not only reshipping my order to me, but they also switched logistics companies so there would be less risk of this happening again! The replacement package was shipped last Wednesday (April 15th) and it arrived yesterday (April 21)! Wonderful customer service!

The bags themselves are beautiful - well structured, even color, and beautifully textured. The craftsmanship is well noted in the even and beautiful stitches, and attention to detail. The color and hardware options are great, and I can’t wait to place another order in the future!

I've ordered 3 bags recently. The communication with customer service has been great. The quality of the designer inspired bags i received was much better than anticipated! Shipping from China, to USA, the packaging to protect the bag is impeccable. Delivery took a couple weeks, but thats to be expected. I have 3 more bags on order now. I bought a beautiful, top grain pebbled leather Inspired Berkin Handbag Golden Hardware, chalk white & pale blue 35. True to high quality construction, the liner is leather as well. They included a leather swatch to test cleaners on it. High quality is their standard. Its price is on par with Coach, MK, Dooney & Bourke, etc., My collection averages between $200 and $500./ bag. This bag was marked at $196, with discount and free shipping @ $156. The link in the email confirmation allowed me to track shipping to include every stop in China and the US. Beautiful bag, great price. A kelly inspired may be on the horizon.

Beautiful birkin style bag in blue with thick soft great smelling leather. Looks amazing and took about 10 days to arrive which is roughly what they say for delivery. The quality looks amazing and just like the image on the website so I am absolutely delighted. You dont get tracking so you are not sure when it's coming but when it shoews up, it's fantastic. Am delighted with company and the bag.

Great quality "Birkin" Bag. I love it. I just hope the hardware doesn't tarnish too quickly or ever. Packaging was outstanding. Ive never seen such attention put into protecting the quality of a bag.

The bag I purchased was bought over a week ago and still hasn’t left the factory in China!!! Just sitting there. Horrible customer experience. If you want this bag I advise you buy elsewhere unless you have a month to wait for it!!!!

These bags are really high quality. The leather is so soft and nice! I only have experience with the "Birkin inspired" bags, but they're so great that I got it in four colors. I will definitely be getting more. They're also packaged very securely, so no need to worry if the box gets kicked around or wet in transit.
