I was a little scared to order after reading all the reviews, but I did it anyways.

Received my White Lauren Bag yesterday and I’m really impressed. It’s gorgeous, real leather, well built, and exceeded my expectations.

It did take 18 days to arrive, but tracking showed it was making progress and USPS delivered as promised.

Looking at reviews before purchasing, it appears that this company is a scam. The website listed here on Trustpilot is strangely empty!! It is the exact layout as another website that "works", though… So to me, it seems like the website we are writing bad reviews about is all of a sudden "closed" but they just opened a copy of it that claims to be 4.9 stars on Trustpilot!! Big red flag, glad I checked!! And yes, their company is still based in Estonia, although they will not say anything anymore about the returning process through that country or that you have to be approved for a return. It appears way more appealing… BEWARE!!

Do not order from this company . I ordered the Scarlett and received a much smaller purse , color looks different and when trying to chat with them , I was there for ever and no one ever answered . This is a SCAM

If I had to knock ANYTHING, the gold hardware looks mass-produced, and I wish it was nicer. But still very good quality!

I was about to place an order when I decided to read the fine print on their website. It clearly states the return policy requires 1) approval - which they define as deciding whether or not they want to issue a refund and 2) That should your return be approved, you will need to package and send the product to Estonia at your own expense.
Nowhere does it state how long it takes for your refund to be issued. This was a red flag, so I decided to read reviews.
Every good review seems to have been written by the same person. The wording of each review and description of the bags are too similar to have been written by different (or even real) customers. So that was another red flag.
Then I read the reviews that seem real. I was struck by how many people say they did not actually receive a bag or a refund. If this company is not in the United States,it would be next to impossible to force compliance with our laws. I do not think it’s a good idea to put your credit card information in the hands of such a company. They also have at least two other names - one is Millie. Buyer beware.

I recently purchased two handbags online. Unfortunately, the quality was subpar, and the actual colors differed significantly from what was advertised. I anticipated a straightforward return process for a full refund. However, the company informed me that I must return the items to Estonia.

Shipping the handbags to Estonia through the USPS proved incredibly expensive, amounting to nearly half the original purchase price. This seems grossly unfair. As I made the purchase within the United States, I believe the return process should also be within the country.

I ordered a handbag that appeared in stock online. I placed the order and was then told the bag was not in stock. So, I went to the website a day later, and the same bag is showing in stock. This company has bags on its webpage that are not in stock, and when you place the order for the nonexistent bags, they email you stating the bag is not available and then give you a hard time trying to get your money back. I would be very careful ordering from this company, also the reviews are all fake and the company is also called Millie Handbags which is another shady website selling invisible handbags.

I recently ordered the Luna Khaki 30cm handbag, and it’s everything I hoped for and more. The leather is buttery smooth, and the stitching is precise—clearly a high-quality piece. The brown color is so versatile and goes with nearly everything in my wardrobe. I’ve used it daily for work, and it still looks brand new after weeks of wear. But what really impressed me was the price. You get a luxury handbag without the insane designer price tag, which is so refreshing! On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful, and even gave me a discount code for my next purchase.
