wrost accessories foolish staff

Worst support team and worst response in handling the queries. They don't match the product and quality you are selecting even after exchanging multiple times you will get wrong cover, a fraud cover company who never gives the correct product and if you ask for refund they will say it's not in their policy, don't buy from them they are bunch of thieves.

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've had. I ordered a case for the OnePlus 10 Pro, but they sent me a case for the OnePlus 12 Pro instead. What's frustrating is that they confirmed the correct model (10 Pro) with me over WhatsApp before shipping. Every day they promise to arrange a pickup for the wrong item, but nothing happens. No follow-up, no solution, just empty assurances. The customer service so poor — slow responses, no accountability, and zero effort to fix their mistake. I want my money back

I accidentally ordered a wrong phone cover and immediately wrote an email asking them to replace the cover, they sent someone to pick up the cover and asked me which one would I like to order without any any hassel.

You guys have an exceptional customer care service. Very promt response and satisfaction of customer like you guys do is incredibly good. I got my refund without any questions and any delays. Great online shopping experience.

Very bad quality of product.
They sell roadside cheap back cases of phones at a premium price, and the products look very different from the one which was delivered. There was an additional COD cost of 100 added to the delivery and thus the overall charge of the back case was 1098! U can see from the picture how premium the product looks! The recieved product is worth less..

Therefore, I raised it to their customer care email id, asking for a refund and provided them the pictures they asked for as well. They did not respond to my mail so i resent them another mail with the screenshot of the order whis does not give me refund option, so as i called and spoke to the helpline number the authority said said that only replacement(again I have to pay 100 extra for that) or store credit for a year was possible.

So they expect me to pay for a replacement with a similar cheap product or take store credit for another loot! And fooling another customer.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MILLION CASES

Fake Froad Cheaters

After I place an order I got a call that if I pay 300 extra I will get one more cover of my choice. They just sent one useless cover in the same order. so dont fall for the trap.

I’m absolutely shocked by Million Cases. After I posted a genuine review about receiving a cheap, low-quality case worth ₹399, I got a call from their support team asking me to delete the review in exchange for a refund.

This is blackmail and unethical. Instead of addressing customer complaints professionally, they are trying to silence people with refund threats.

The case they sent is horrible — cheap plastic, not worth even ₹100. They’re running a scam by calling customers, pushing "surprise" products, and then refusing refunds unless you take down your complaints.

This is going straight to the Consumer Forum. Stay away from this brand – they’re fooling customers and trying to hide the truth by suppressing negative feedback.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MILLION CASES.
