Hey there. I'm Sarah, founder of MiloLabco, and there's something I need to tell you. Three years ago I was sitting in a vet parking lot at 6:47 AM. Engine off. Hands shaking. A clipboard on my lap with a consent form for anesthesia. My dog, Milo, needed his teeth cleaned. The vet called it routine. I signed anyway. I remember staring at the word "risks" on that form and feeling like I couldn't breathe. He was eight. Healthy, as far as we knew. But "healthy" doesn't mean anything once they put a dog under. I'd read too many stories by then. Dogs who went in for a "simple cleaning" and never came home. Milo made it through. But recovery was brutal. He wouldn't eat for two days. He flinched every time I reached toward his face. And the whole time, one thought sat in my chest like a stone. I'm never doing this again. But what's the alternative? So I tried everything. I brushed his teeth every single night. He fought me like it was a home invasion. Some nights I gave up before I even started, because I couldn't stand doing that to him. I bought the dental chews. The ones with the vet endorsement on the box. His breath was exactly the same six weeks later. I dumped water additives into his bowl for two straight months. Nothing. I tried a spray from a big pet store. It smelled nice for about an hour. That was it. By month four I'd spent almost $400 chasing solutions that did nothing, and I was no closer to avoiding another trip to that parking lot. That's when I stopped trying products and started reading research. I went down every rabbit hole I could find on oral bacteria in dogs. Veterinary journals. Microbiology papers. Anything I could get my hands on. And I found something that changed everything. The plaque that eventually forces a dog into anesthesia isn't really the problem. It's a symptom. The real issue is which bacteria are winning the fight for space along the gumline. Harmful bacteria colonize those spots first, because nothing is there to stop them. Once they're established, they build the biofilm that hardens into the tartar that eventually requires a vet, a table, and a form with the word "risks" on it. But beneficial bacteria can occupy those same spots first. Crowd the harmful strains out before they ever take hold. Vets call it competitive exclusion. I just thought of it as a parking lot with a finite number of spaces — fill it with the good tenants, and the bad ones never get in. Our vets weren't hiding this from us. Most of them were never taught it. Dental training in vet school is built almost entirely around treating damage after it happens, not preventing the bacterial imbalance that causes it. They're not the villain here. The system that trained them just never gave them this piece. I couldn't unlearn what I'd found. So I stopped treating it like curiosity and started treating it like a mission. I left my job. I spent the next eight months working with formulators to get a spray that could actually deliver the right bacterial strains, in the right concentration, to the exact place they needed to colonize. Milo was my first test subject. Every formula iteration, he got it first. I watched his teeth over months, not days, because I wasn't interested in a smell that faded in an hour. I wanted the actual composition of his mouth to change. It did. His next dental checkup, for the first time in his life, the vet didn't mention anesthesia once. That's the moment MiloLabco became real to me. Not a product. A way out of that parking lot for every other owner sitting there with shaking hands. We named the company after him, because he's the reason any of this exists. If you're brushing every night and getting nowhere. If you've bought the chews, the additives, the other sprays, and nothing has moved the needle. If you've got a form somewhere with "risks" written on it that you're dreading signing — I built this for you. Not to replace your vet. To give your dog's mouth a fighting chance before it ever gets to that table. You're not failing your dog. You just haven't had the right tool yet. That's what MiloLabco is for. With Milo by my side the whole way, Sarah. Founder of MiloLabco

They are trying to poison your dog! The ingredients on the product are not the same as their website. They include cetylpyridinium chloride which is not suitable for dogs because it can be toxic. I'm trying to get a refund for their fraudulent product, but it doesn't look promising.
They ADDED 2 EXTRA THINGS to my order and now it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them to make the order right !!!! I will have to contact my BANK, get this order STOPPED and that will make me have to go 7=10 days waiting on a new DEBIT CARD !!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!! SCHISTERS !!!!!
It said this was made in the united states Wyoming but its shipping from China? If I wanted to purchase a dental product from china I wouldn’t waste my money. Requesting a refund. Do NOT bUY!
Order their product at the full 7399 price. I tried it for a couple of days. My dogs would not handle the taste.Set note immediately to company as their policy for refund have been jacked around 43 months. Now offered half a refund for no good reason. And having no response to complaining to that, do not order from this company. They have also been kicked off at amazon dot com for poor practices
I placed an order on March 20 for 3 bottles, 1st order got "lost" in transit, emailed Justin at milo, get apologize and told they'll ship an immediate replacement priority. Get notice package was delivered on May 11, no package and the tracking number is from WTF knows where, so contact Justin again and get the same email answer that a replacement is being sent priority but I can not get a tracking number for the life of me. Told them I just want my money back, im tired of the back and forth game. Im still waiting for an answer on my refund. I'll never do business with these people again, I just hope I can get my damned money.

To Whom It May Concern:
Who ever designed the White box that DentaClean was shipped in needs to have their eyes examined and should be required to go back to school for a refresher course in package design or find a new job. VERY POOR DESIGN!
The directions on the box are printed in white text with an extreamly SMALL type on a purple background and are barely legible. I used a large magnifying glass and still had difficulty reading the words.
Please send me an email with legible instructions.
Thank you,
Gloria Andrea

I ordered the spray. Paid. Keep getting emails that its delivered when it was not. Have a tracking number but heaven only knows what company is used for shipping. I'm totally frustrated.
NOT MADE IN THE US
Their web site gives the impression the product is made by a small family-owned business in Wyoming. Instead, it was shipped from China. The packaging does NOT say Milo Lab Co. on it, and the print for the Directions is so tiny you need a STRONG magnifying glass to read it.
