Wow, exactly as pictured

Wow, this company and my Human Dog Bed have exceeded all expectations. Ordering, tracking, delivery all very smooth. Bed is exactly as pictured, great quality. I did have to watch the assembly video. Before ordering I looked at many of these types of beds really pleased I chose this one, its perfect.

Like snoozing on clouds and fab for anxiety!

Ordered yesterday and arrived today. Easy to assemble and absolutely love how comfy it is! I have actually come back here to add on to my review as I don't think I said enough about it! Later the same evening I climbed back in, did my yoga and meditating in it and then snoozed while watching TV. It was incredible! I dozed off and had the best nap I've had in years. One of my favourite things is that you can tuck your feet into the edges. I use mine with a weighted blanket so feeling all wrapped up and enclosed in this cushy comfy heaven is brilliant for anxiety too! I think I'm going to spend a lot of the next few months hibernating!

Low quality service and shady business

I ordered a Standard Human Dog Bed (light grey) on 30th of october. I got an email that stated it would be despatched in 1-2 days. After 6 days I had still not gotten any information about shipping or tracking number, so I sent an email inquiring about the delay. I had to send another a day later and they promised it would be shipped that day, a week after purchase. Two days later and couple of emails to the company, I still had not received any information about shipping. They finally answered and promised it would be shipped that day (10 days after purchase). Still I got no information and they did not respond to my emails for a few days. In the end I felt I had to send a threat about bad rating if they did not give me a reasonable explanation about the delay. They did not answer, but finally sent the bed, two weeks after purchase.

The bed has arrived, but I have´nt picked it up yet from the courrier. I hope it is as wonderful as others have descriped. I bought the bed for €207,95, but was shocked when they sent an advertisement for Black Friday, that they had jacked the original price to €487,95, just so they could "lower" it to €206,95, only 1 euro less than what I bought over 2 weeks ago.

Their business seems very shady, and has not very good service. I now worry that the material used in making the bed is not as good, natural quality, as they claim. I can´t reccomend them and will never purchase from them again.

Exactly as expected and reviewed.

So far my wife has had it for a week and she loves it. Admitted that it may even be dangerous how comfy it is. I'm afraid she may never leave it. So far, quality and everything has been great.
Will update if anything changes.

THE WAR IS ON!

Absolute POWER! We bought the XL furry bed as I have a Great Dane . From the moment I unboxed it and set it up- THE WAR is on! It’s OFFICIALLY HER BED! She’s in love with it and has dumped the idea of the sofa which is lovely however SHE won’t allow anyone else in it with her for long except for me! SHE loves it and I love it too!!! ITS a gamechanger! I WOULD absolutely be crazy to say this but I’d probably get one more at this stage cause SHE would be requiring another one in the bedroom! just so my other cats can have a go! Thank u so very much for having this amazing human dog bed idea cause my word it’s so difficult to actually find a dog bed that would suit her in this style!!! LOVE IT! Maybe you should START making DOG DOG BEDS!!!! Too!! Just an idea but bloody fantastic!!!! THE WAR is on in this household for this bed indeed!!

The customer service sucks

The customer service sucks! I paid a lot of money for my human dog bed and when I tried to put the cover on, it ripped! I realized they sent me the wrong size cover. I contacted them multiple times and didn’t hear back. After sending a few more emails someone finally responded back and they said that they would send me a new cover, I still haven’t received a new cover or tracking number or anything. I’m very disappointed with this company as I was very excited to relax in my human dog bed.

Update: it’s December 11 and they have said they sent out a new cover but still haven’t received it and I’ve asked for a tracking number and they will not respond. Please don’t order from this company as they will not resolve your issue. I’ve also asked for a refund and they just will not respond. Worst company ever I hope they get shut down.

Part of order still pending after 3 months

I ordered a bed and spare cover in July. While the bed is proving really popular with my disabled adult son the spare cover (bamboo) is still pending. Having chased 3 times I’ve now been given assurance that the bamboo cover will be received by mid October.
15/10/24 Update… sadly that’s not the case so almost 3 months on I’m trying to seek a refund.

One of the best beds I have ever slept…

One of the best beds I have ever slept on .. I have always been struggling to have good sleeping hours cause of my back pain and other things as well .. and since I had the bed , I have been sleeping like a baby .. very comfy and cosy .. highly recommend

Satisfied in the end!

UPDATE 8/15/24: Fortunately, I was contacted by the Milounge founder following my previous review update and anticipate that my issue has been resolved. I received a tracking number today indicating my original item has now been shipped. Although it took some time and effort, ultimately I am pleased with the experience. Every exchange with Milounge was polite and responsive.

UPDATE 8/14/2024: Unfortunately the solution I was offered has not yet materialized. Originally I was sent multiple items I did not order, but was not sent the item I actually ordered. I offered to return the incorrect items but was told to keep them and that my intended item would be shipped to me. My original review was based on that series of email exchanges. As of today, I have not yet received the item I ordered (and paid for). I have sent 2 follow up emails to Milounge with no result. On 7/17 their reply was "Hey
We will chase this up and let you know!
Thanks"
After receiving no indication that they did follow up and my item was being shipped, I emailed again on 8/7. Sadly, no reply as of a week later. At this point, I would have rather shipped the unwanted items back to the UK and received the item I actually ordered and paid for. A disappointing outcome especially considering the initial positive experience with Milounge.

Outstanding customer service experience! I contacted the company with an inquiry about an issue with my order. I received an email response (NOT auto generated) within a minute of my original message! A more-than-satisfactory solution was offered to me. I would 100% order from them again based on this experience.

Update!

I have since been contacted by the founder of the business and he has kindly rectified and forwarded the remaining of my order (with additions), as an apology. Although this was initially a difficult process, I am very grateful for the contact and assistance since. Thank you again for contacting me and rectifying immediately, it really is appreciated.

Ordered for my Great Dane - he loves it!

However their customer service isnt so great as part of my order was missing.

The most coziest thing you can ever own

From ordering my milounge bed to delivery the process was fast and efficient! The bed is something else! Extremely comfortable and cozy. It is such a delight to lay in it and feel like im on a cloud! The price is well justified for the outstanding quality you get! Perfect product and if you are hesitating whether to buy one all i can say is you will not regret it!
