My flowers wilted the very next day - and I did put them in a vase when I received them (since they like to ask this) & I’m still waiting on them to respond to my WhatsApp. They are fast to respond to orders but lie about sorting out complaints. Cheap things are expensive

While your flower arrangement was nicely done in the hat box arrived in good condition and was well packed i felt some flowers of a deeper shade should have been included as it had a washed out appearance and it would have benefited from a little more height as it could only be viewed at it's best when it was placed on a low table.

Flowers were not delivered on the day ordered

I ordered the baby boy arrangement. But I was disappointed at the lack of blue flowers in the arrangement. Also when ordering, I didn't like having to wait 5 days before my order was delivered.

Fast efficient and easy to order flowers online. Didn't see flowers but recipient was happy with them. used,to get a video before so be good to see what u paid for. wasn't offered this time when placed order.

Lovely flowers and balloon. Pleasant delivery. Flowers didn’t last four days though. Died very quickly. Disappointing when they were more expensive than the other florists in the area. Balloon still going a week later though.

Excellent next day service with a really high quality bouquet which has already lasted over a week and is still looking great!

I order regularly from Mimosa flowers and am never disappointed

Ordered 'Tropical Gem Flowerbox" that showed on the website, a beautiful vibrant coloured box with images of gorgeous green tropical flowers...but box that was delivered was completely plain boring bland shade of green - no pattern, no design, nothing. Very, very, very disappointed. This box of flowers was for my sister in law, the wife of my brother, as it was the anniversary of my brothers death. I only chose this arrangement of flowers FOR the box because my brother bought his wife a jewellery box similar to the image of the Tropical Box on the Mimosa Florists website. I will never use this company again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have ordered flowers multiple times from Mimosa over the years and was always happy with my experience but NOT on this occasion. They used to send a video of the flowers to be delivered that morning to ensure you were happy with them.
My flowers arrived today in a box with packing paper on top of the flowers, they were crushed and some of the stems were broken. The bouquet was miserable, with very few flowers compared to other bouquets I received previously for the same price.
The email and contact numbers are not in service/message failure and it is impossible to contact this company for customer service
I will never order from this company again. I have bought nicer bouquets in supermarkets for far less.

Is this a legitimate website? I ordered flowers for delivery and they have not been delivered, the charge has been made to my account. Emails to the customer service email are being returned saying there is a problem with that email address and the phone number seems out of service.
I used this site several times in the past without instance however there is clearly a problem with their client service now and I would recommend using another provide.

The app or website doesn’t appear to know that I am the account owner so the flowers were sent to my sister without her knowing who sent them. Furthermore, the billing address that was picked up was a prior recipient of flowers I sent in March. It seems as though you need to keep a better profile of the account owner.

Picked Mimosa based on the wonderful reviews on a search engine beginning with G. Clearly I ordered just as the declining service began. Horrific "service", non contactable customer service - phone unanswered and bounce back/undeliverable email, flowers went undelivered on requested date, card was charged. Avoid like the plague
