I hate giving a 1 start rating, having previously
only ever enjoyed 5 star service (and given similar ratings) for Mimosa, however You don't expect to have to wait in, delaying an anniversary dinner waiting to see if the flowers would turn up, which they did at 7:30pm odd, and I even emailed at 5:05, called the phone number at 6;10pm, but no response (even just an apology the next day), and the delivery person didn't even feign an apology for the very late delivery. - They were ordered in advance for the day, so any time before 5pm would be acceptable in my book for occasion flowers,

First of all, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Our main driver's child died last week. Due to the circumstances, our delivery was affected causing delays.
The flowers were not as per the web…
