Misleading Subscription and Unexpected €39.99 Charge
Very disappointing experience. I purchased a report from this website and, to my surprise, I was charged an additional €39.99 one week later without realizing that I had supposedly signed up for a recurring subscription.
The subscription terms were not presented clearly enough, and I never intentionally agreed to ongoing charges. Practices like this feel misleading and undermine customer trust.
I strongly recommend that anyone using this service carefully review the fine print and monitor their bank statements. Transparency regarding recurring payments should be much better.
