Jeg tog en test med 100 spørgsmål. For at se resultatet skulle jeg betale 14 kr.. Da jeg havde betalt, kom jeg ind til nogle gode råd, som ikke handlede om mig specifikt, og så fik jeg at vide, at jeg nu var abonnent og ville blive afkrævet 289 kr hver 4. uge.
Til firmaets ros tæller dog, at de sendte mig en bekræftelse på, at jeg er afmeldt alt, hvad der har med MindProfile at gøre.
Jeg giver en stjerne, fordi jeg først fik lov at tage en lang test, og først bagefter fik jeg at vide, at jeg skulle betale 14 kr , og først efter betaling fik jeg at vide, at de nu ville trække 289 hver fjerde uge.
MindProfile er mere en pengemaskine end et firma, der yder psykologisk bistand.

Ich habe auf der Website einen ADHS-Test gemacht und für die Auswertung 1,95 € per PayPal bezahlt. Das Ergebnis selbst war für mich wenig aussagekräftig, aber das wäre noch kein Problem gewesen.
Mit großer Überraschung habe ich später festgestellt, dass offenbar eine Mitgliedschaft bzw. ein Abo mit Kosten von 39,90 € entstanden sein soll. Mir war beim Kauf nicht klar, dass ich damit einer solchen Zahlung zustimme. Wenn entsprechende Informationen vorhanden waren, waren sie aus meiner Sicht nicht ausreichend deutlich dargestellt.
Die Kündigung war unnötig kompliziert zu finden. Zudem fehlen aus meiner Sicht Transparenz und Übersichtlichkeit. Eine eindeutige Kundennummer oder klare Bestellinformationen konnte ich nicht finden.
Ich habe den Anbieter kontaktiert und um Klärung sowie Rückerstattung gebeten. Da ich bislang keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erhalten habe, habe ich zusätzlich den PayPal-Käuferschutz eingeschaltet.
Ob ich mein Geld zurückbekomme, wird sich zeigen. Meine Erfahrung war bisher jedenfalls enttäuschend, insbesondere aufgrund der mangelnden Transparenz bei den Kosten.
