Mineralmug Avis 

I would give it 0 if I could. I placed an order with Mineral Mug on August 31, 2026 for a Hello Kitty Stanley Cup. I received an email on September 1 confirming that my order had been received and would be packed soon.

Since then, I have not received an order number, tracking information, or my merchandise. I have also attempted to contact the company regarding my order.

I have now filed a BBB complaint and am requesting either valid tracking information showing that my order has actually shipped or a full refund.

I will update this review if the company resolves the issue.

This place is a scam.
I notified them that the mug I received was shattered upon delivery. Nothing but promises to respond and/or refund me in 5 business days over the course of 2 months! They have not refunded me to date. Though it wasn't a huge investment - it's the principle of the matter and I see that many here have had similar issues. I am going to research how to file a small claims to hold them accountable. this is insane that companies do business like this.

This company is bogus. I ordered two "Sunday Morning" mugs, which looked great on the website. They arrived with the logo that couldn't be read from 2 feet away.
I contacted the company through the provided website and kept getting AI messages saying they would contact me with instructions to get a refund. After several weeks, I finally got an email from someone in China. They said I could send the mugs back, but would have to pay postage. The mugs cost $63. The postage was $52. What a rip-off!!! I will never buy anything from them again and encourage others to do the same. You will only be disappointed and lose $$$.

I agree with another reviewer that I do not leave low-star reviews; instead, I contact the company directly. This seemed necessary. Of the 18 items I purchased, I did not receive half of them, and of the others, only three were what I ordered. The items that I did receive were low quality, not like the pictures on the website, and did not match descriptions (example: 11 ounce mug was 5 ounces, I measured; juice glass was 14 ounces; odd resin material on mugs; metal insert in one mug not visible on website); overall deceiving. When I listed all of the issues - no response. When I reached out to the csr listed, I started with a detailed list where I received boilerplate responses three times and no action. I contacted another email, and they requested different information, one of which was a packing list that I did not receive, and no way forward. Also, beware of the return policy - read thoroughly and understand that you are returned to China. Zero stars.

I don't post low star reviews, But like a previous reviewer, Wasn't anything like in photos and took longer to arrive. Can't complain, But I wasn't happy with the product.

I ordered two (2) mugs as a Christmas present last fall. They took way longer to ship/receive than the order details said and when they arrived, they weren't at all like what I expected or saw in the photos.

I was extremely disappointed and reached out to customer service for a refund/return. After corresponding with three different people about this matter, I was told they'd have to be shipped back to China - even though my mugs came from San Francisco - and that only when received in China would they consider my refund.

When I said I didn't want to ship them back to China they offered me a 20% discount on my purchase, which I have still never received on my credit card.

Do NOT order anything from this website - it's all junk and you're stuck with it!

Absolutely a scam! Do not purchase anything from this website. I ordered a coffee cup from them and it is nothing like what is shown. The quality is beyond terrible, and I threw it away after spending $35.

Mugs are complete plastic garbage...nothing as described and certainly not "hand crafted." On arrived cracked and I didn't even bother opening the other one. This is a scam site. When I tried several times to contact them by email for a return shipping label I only received a mailer daemon notice. Unable to contact. However they still continue to bombard my email with offers. AVOID THIS SITE!!!

Like everyone else I got ripped off from these people what I got in the mail was nothing like what they showed on their website we bought one of their mugs total rip off ordered it January or December 10th didn't get it till January 2nd totally bummed nothing like what they said it was

Ordered Mineral Coffee Mugs off of website Sew-surprise every where. You cannot leave a review on the website nor was there any just how many orders they got. They make it seem like its real with videos AND IT IS NOT. Ordering was a hassle never got the tracking number until i e-mailed. They also came late and definitely not what was advertised. Horrible experience never ever again.

I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. Complete rip off. Nothing like the photos, not the product advertised at all! Looks like a 5 year old painted it. Customer service is garbage and will not refund only offered a 5 Percent discount even after several attempts and responses took days. DO NOT buy this product.

If I could rate it leass than a 1 I would!! The picture and materials that the mineral mug I ordered was completely FALSE. What I ordered was a bright multicolored mug made from stone/minerals and what I got instead was something of a completely different color made with plastic and hand painted with what seems like a 5 year old.

I ordered one coffee mug and it was broke, then they said they would send me another one and it was not what the picture showed. It was tiny and downright junk! Do not order form this scam website!

I ordered a advertised: glow in the dark , nicely pictured/drawn nightmare before Halloween water 40 oz mug.

2 months after order, the received mug does not glow at all, and the drawings/ patterns are much different.

Total scam. Came straight from China and not matching advertised product at all

Ordered a geode candle. Looked nothing like the photos used flat color for the "amethyst" so just generic purple dint even look like crystal at all. Had large areas that was just hollow like candle wax to the outer shell area was just hollow not even filled with wax. When light it just burned the wick and died dint even run long enough to melt any of the wax 30-60 seconds and that was the end waste of $30

The website says they were handcrafted from minerals. When they finally got delivered they were some cheap plastic that has some metal crap in it that doesn't even actually fit in the mug. Total rip off.

I purchased 4 Starbies Teddy Bear Bearista Coffee Cup...they keep saying "ready to ship" but nothing happens. I think they stole my money!!!

Absolute garbage and when I tried to return I was told I could get a 20% refund, 50 % gift card at rhis garbage store, or pay for my own return but it is price since it's in China.

Can you do less than one? Very very misleading with photos of real pieces of stone but then you get the bait and switch and get a horrible copy of the real thing in plastic - terrible !!!
Please go out of business !!!
