I use minerva regularly for fabrics and haberdashery. They have a great selection and good prices. Delivery is quick from ordering and they have a good process. If you have any questions or issues with your order they've always been super quick to sort.

Had placed an order but had forgotten to input discount code. It was after hours so I emailed them. Gemma emailed back first thing the next day to say she would look into it and my bank texted me this morning to say that a refund had been received to my account!
Amazing, quick, friendly and efficient service - will be using them again!

I cannot fault Minerva crafts for their excellent customer services team, I recently had a problem with an order and their response was swift and the issue was dealt with in record time, I can highly recommend them for their attention to detail in dealing with problems that have arisen through no fault of theirs.
The fabric is also lovely which is a great bonus!

Brilliant customer service. I ordered a pattern from Minerva recently and had a query regarding the type of fabric I should use. I contacted Minerva by email for some advice and received a very full and useful reply. They included lots of advice and details to help me in my search for the correct fabric. Didn't try to push any of their products onto me either. Very pleased and will definitely be having a good look at their website for both my current and future projects. Minerva has an impressive amount of fabrics and stock and I was very happy to find the perfect colour and weight of some cotton twill.
Delivery is fast, I only had to return something once and it was easy, and there are always specials for different things going one.

I love Minerva anyway, but this week they have shown even better customer service than their usual fabulousness. I placed an order and in my rush forgot to type in the Fabric30 discount count. Kicked myself then thought why not contact them? They immediately replied to say they were happy to add it for me. What kind service! Minerva, you are the absolute best!

Only used them once as its not often i have spare cash for sewing !!. Some fabric i did order was found by Minerva to be in 2 pieces and they e-mailed me first to ask if i wanted to continue with my purchase ( which i did) so communication was excellent and arrived 2 days later ( with a sweet little Minerva Label in the parcel) Love looking at peoples makes, there's always something inspiring to see & its great to see a fabric made up first if you're unsure of whether to buy it or not as most fabrics have posts of items made from it. Love that. Will definitely be using them again.

I like very much Minerva. This is not just a webshop, it's a great community and a platform for sewists, crocheters and other creative people. Before the brexit the delivery progress was perfect, now the delivery time is unfortunately a little bit long and difficult (in Ireland I need to pay custom and other fees to get my package). But the prices are unbeatable, the customer service is helpful and the range of products is diverse. -- Hildy Durbak

Perfect selection of fabrics, high level quality and very useful for making shirts or jackets and others clothes. Prices are honestly and you find also labels and things for making dresses for success. I love Minerva fabrics and whole types of fabrics, threads, tools, needles, interfacing. Best shop made in UK.

Minerva.com -always my automatic go-to place for stacking up my fabric stash as their choice of different types and colours is second to none with my wish list constantly growing. The site can sometimes be a little slow but it's worth it!
I especially appreciate their selection of GOTS and/or Oeko-Tex certified materials and that you can search for those.
Also, their own social media feed is good fun too as you can see what other makers sew and colours in different light which I find super helpful!

Minerva has lots of choice on their website and I’ve found that every order sent has been well packed. Dispatch has always been quick as well.

Their samples are really useful if you are undecided about very similar fabrics.. large enough to sensibly work out how the fabric will behave in a variety of situations.

Excellent range of fabrics with regular special offers and some really good bargains. Definitely worth paying to be a craft club member if you’re a fabric addict like me, for extra discounts!
I would second what someone else said, about the website being difficult to navigate. Hopefully this will be improved in future. It doesn’t stop me shopping with Minerva, it’s worth the battle!
