Service and fast shipping were brilliant the 'phones arrived a few minutes ago and haven't even had time to unpack them yet.
However there is a problem with the price. I was on your website looking for a headphone am and noticed
that the Sennheiser HD-600 have now been reduced to $399 and I would much prefer to that amount as it now is.
Can we do that?

Excellent open-box purchase, pristine condition and fast delivery!
I recently bought an open-box WiiM Mini from Minidisc, and I am incredibly impressed with the service and the product.
Firstly, the delivery was very quick. It was sent via registered post, meaning I had to sign for it with the mailman, which gave me great peace of mind regarding the security of the package.
Secondly, even though the item was listed as "open-box," it arrived in absolutely pristine condition. It looked brand new, and all the original cables were included in the box.
Most importantly, it works exactly as described, and I am thoroughly enjoying listening to my music more. I highly recommend Minidisc for their great service and quality products!
