Man ködert die Kunden mit einem 30-Tage-Rückgaberecht. Ich habe davon Gebrauch gemacht und erhielt das Paket zurück mit dem Vermerk "Annahme verweigert!" Das ist absolut unseriös! Ich habe dann versucht, das per Email zu klären, bekam aber nur eine Email die mit der Sache überhaupt nichts zu tun hatte. Ich habe dann PayPal informiert und über diesen Weg sehr schnell mein Geld zurückbekommen. Später kam dann eine Email der Firma und man hat sich entschuldigt.

One star because it's a toy camera absolute rubbish I bought multiple units thinking about putting them up in my establishment.

The worst video recording toy facility I've ever known.

I must admit communication was good and they have refunded all my money without any hesitation but thankfully I paid via credit card so they would have no choice.

If you want a brilliant video camera try Tapo... I bought this instead and was £22. Tapo does domestic and professional CCTV

False and misleading advertisement and marketing!!!! Be careful before ordering this camera online. Sounds like a good deal, as you’re clicking from 4 cameras at a cheap cost, suddenly you end up with an additional 4 cameras with double the cost, plus unauthorised warranty, subscription fee and shipping costs. Once ordere, impossible to cancel until the package is actually received. The catch is, their return policy is the buyer is responsible for returning the order at the buyer’s expense, regardless of who’s at fault, in my case I called to cancel the order and was told it had already shipped. I asked them to retract the order and not ship it because my tracking information said order was dispatched, not shipped. When calling customer service to ask for a return label, they said we had to call back upon receiving the order, which I did, I have sent emails to customer service who mislead me to believe that once I provide my receipt of return they would refund me because of the situation. I was mislead and misinformed, I feel cheated and unsatisfied of their customer service. Thank God I paid via PayPal who immediately took action upon me contacting them to dispute my transaction with Commerce Core UAB /Getminipix - minipix cameras. PayPal was extremely helpful and assisted me until the end, to make sure I received my refund. My recommendations to anyone ordering online is to be extremely careful and you should use PayPal more often for such transactions to avoid being caught as I have been.

SCAM. They wiped out my card. I returned these toy cameras and they never refunded my money. The worst part is that I never ordered this toy junk. Every customer service person I talked to lied to me. Thanks for taking all my money and leaving me and my child broke.

This is a scam double the price generic product and it doesnt connect to your wifi or phone. The instructions are in broken english and dont compute.

To be fair though after Id paid the return postage , the third party company Getorbicam did refund the money to my account

The worst customer support I have ever dealt with. I am sure this company is nothing but a scam. BUYER beware!!! I told them I needed to cancel 10 minutes after I ordered them as I won't be available to receive it due to personal reasons. I was told they would get back to me shortly...then another call 2 hours later and I was told I would get an email. 15 hours later I get an email that says its already being shipped!!! What a lie...Its the weekend and all I get from them everytime I contact them now is an email that says your order is already processed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

I purchased the camera thinking that it would save me money and the hassle of setting up the traditional cameras but it was a waste of money and more headache to figure out how it works, after a few attempts the camera did not work the QR code was in foreign language and when I tried to return it no one responded. The whole advertisement is a hoax. Please do not buy the mini pix camera, you will lose money in the end.

100% cheep nasty product not fit for purpose... frustrating trying to set up .. SD card just falls out .. and keeps trying to get your credit card details thru sneaky overlaying adds ... i got refunded but not for postage out of pocket by £12...

When I saw the advertisement for MInipix pop up on YouTube, I knew exactly what was going on, because I've seen it before. It's an old scam that has been pulled before with other cheap Chinese cameras.

The people behind Minipix are not trying to sell you a camera. That is secondary to their actual goal of getting hold of your credit card number. Once they do that, you'll suddenly find that you've been charged far more than the price of the camera, or that suddenly you're been enrolled in a monthly "service plan". That is where the actual scam kicks in.

Don't be surprised if you start seeing fake profiles appearing on web sites like Nextdoor from people claiming that Minipix is the greatest camera ever made, and how it saved them from being burglarized.

These cameras can be bought from Aliexpress for around £3. dont be fooled by the ads on youtube claiming their the bees knees of cameras. They are worth all of £3 give or take a£1. The adds are a total scam, don't buy.

This is a scam. Their promotional video suggests they make a top quality discrete camera. They do not. It seems they buy a cheap mass produced thing and repackage it as coming from them. It is rubbish. The app FlyCameraPro from Play store does not work so neither does your camera. The same happened to me regarding the extended warranty and repeat fees. It was bought via PayPal so you assume a degree of legitimacy. The Trust Pilot revies on their site are incorrect.

They advertised the mini camera as a brilliant camera with all top spec so I ordered one via PayPal at £39.99 it went direct payment and I was charged £50 ? Pand p plus £4.99 for extended warranty which I never asked for .I found out they had put a repeat charge on my bankcard and same on PayPal account so I canceled the card and informed PayPal to remove it.when I received the camera it was laughable it was like a cheap child's toy it was absolute rubbish although it appears you can get in touch with them you can't this is just defrauding people please don't fall for there very clever adverts you will lose your money .
