No nonsense sale. Best price online (no tax even) and free fast shipping with lift gate. Unit was everything I needed. Used a local pro to install for $3k and still probably saved 1/2 off full service sale and install. No problem with registering warranty and hoping it doesn’t break anytime soon. 18 seer ducted mini split 4ton.

Seems like one of those drop ship scams…
Seems like one of those drop ship scams selling items online as if they have the items in stock. They told me my payment was rejected by my bank, turns out not true.

This is not a legit operation
When my order did not ship for several days, I emailed them. It took them almost a week to get back to me to let me know that they had canceled my order because there was a problem with the payment. Yeah, right!
I paid with Amazon Pay. The money was immediately and successfully charged to my credit card.
Even if they experienced a problem on their side, the proper thing to do would have been to let me know about it. Not sit on it for a week and then respond to my emails to let me know that you decided to cancel the order due to some completely bogus reason.
Now I have to contact Amazon to get my money back.
If somebody has a lot of spare time and don't know what to do with it, and also like to donate money to scammers, you have found the place. Look no further. This is it.
Update 12/8/2023:
I see the response from the company saying that they tried calling me. This is yet another lie. I double checked my voicemails. Nothing from this company. I paid with Amazon Pay. Amazon never said a single word to me about any problem with payment. And Amazon wouldn't even let me place the order if there ever was an issue with payment.
As of today I have filed a complaint with Amazon as well and asked that the payment for this order be canceled since this company has zero intention of shipping the ordered item.
Also, it should be noted that before writing this review, I emailed the company, and asked them to ship the item I had ordered and paid for. And that if they didn't, I'd post a review online about my experience and for wasting my time. Did I ever get a response to that email? Nope.
I gave them multiple chances to do the right thing.

scam - will not ship or refund your system
This company is a scam. You place an order and you'll get an email from what is clearly a fake alias saying there are shipping complications with your order. They will keep making excuses about your order to try and wait you out for months so you can't file a chargeback. The order never shipped and I had to open a chargeback after waiting over a month for my order. The seller did not refund me. After 7 weeks now I finally got my money back and only because I filed a chargeback dispute. This is a fake company that is setup as a llc to try and scam people out of money.
