Hesitant but happy
I was hesitant to order something from outside the US but in this case it was a good experience. The Minooy service department quickly answered a question I asked online and even posted a picture for me that helped with my decision. Unfortunately, when the purse I ordered arrived it was smaller than I wanted (my fault not theirs). They told me exactly what I needed to do about returning it. As soon as they received proof of my return they sent the replacement purse I had requested. The shipping of both purses took about 10 days but I expected that. The purses were packed well and arrived in perfect condition.

The purse is exactly what I was looking for. It is well constructed and will keep my contents organized. I was surprised by the care and presentation taken to make sure the purse arrived safely with no damage.

A really nice bag. It was just too small.
The bag was really nice, excellent craftsmanship, but turned out to be too small to hold all of my things. I returned it. Minooy was very gracious and refunded me in full.

Unexpected disappointment
I got this as a birthday gift from my husband in February. I've had it about a month. He paid $150 for it. I love the purse but the lining is already coming unsewed. You would think for that kind of money, it would last longer than 1 month. This is ridiculous.
Now it is April 7th. I received a new hand bag. It appears to be great. Hopefully I don't have this problem again. They were very good about replacing the damaged item.

I love Monooy crossbody bags!
I've purchased two Minooy handbags. The Website is easy to use, selection is good. I don't like that the tan bags are typically advertised for less money than some of the other colors. Seems a little deceptive but it won't keep me from purchasing in the future.
Now about the bags, I now have two Minooy crossbody bags. I love that these bags are small but roomy. With the abundance of pockets you get plenty of organization. They are both dressy and casual at the same time. The leather is incredibly supple.

Craftmanship is not what I expected
The leather is beautiful. However, there were seams/binding that were unsewn making the pockets useless.

The new color is fabulous
The new color is fabulous! The leather is soft and supple and the purse has lots of separate storage areas. I am not a fan of the gold tone zippers and clips but it does work with the pink color I picked. I also don’t care for the front snaps on the front pocket where my credit cards are stored. It feels unsecured. I would prefer a zip pocket. All in all I’m happy with the purse and will order again. Please continue to add more color options to other types of purses. Love the new colors!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with customer service. 1st they are almost impossible to reach and hardly ever respond and 2nd they refused any answer for a refund, return, or exchange when I was not satisfied with the product.

A great small bag!
I now have two Minooy handbags. Both are the Erato cross body (one in black and one in brown). I’m not a big bag person and the Erato is one of Minooy’s smallest, but it holds so much. From a security standpoint, it hangs very close to my body and forces me to carry only essential items. Love it!
