Took forever to get the purses

Took forever to get the purses. Ordered a month before vacation and didn't have them before I left. The purses are nice but heavy! Once you put items in them the are too heavy to be crossovers.

front panel section is awesome!

I like the front panel that holds the credit cards and cash. It's easy to access while at a cash register.

I have ordered 4 crossbody handbags

I have ordered 4 crossbody handbags. I took one on a cruise/tour and it worked out beautifully. Was comfortable and carried everything I needed in one place. I gave one as a gift and the recipient loves it. One I received had a defective zipper, so returned it. The last I purchased for myself in a different color. I carry lots of stuff and it all fits nicely.

Where is my exchange?

I purchased an Athena bag on May 5. When the bag arrived I realized it was larger than I wanted. Contacted Minooy and had a very positive response and they were willing to change the bag. As instructed I shipped the bag USPS and sent a copy of the shipping order to Minooy via email. They have not been in contact with me since receiving the shipping order or acknowledged receipt of the handbag at the Ontario Ca address. I just want to either receive the exchange bag or get a refund. At the very least I would like a response to my numerous inquiries. I want to like this company but am struggling.

We first heard from you on Sunday at 12:57am, and due to weekend closures, we had to get back to you on Monday. Sorry for the misunderstanding caused by not replying in time.
You mentioned wanting to exchange the Athena bag to an Eirene bag, but didn't mention the color of the Eirene bag. We asked what color you would like, but did not hear back from you.

Great quality and service

The first purse I ordered came in the most beautiful box and was of terrific quality... but just not the right size. When I tried to return it, the company simply asked me to pick out another size and keep the first one. No problems, no questions, no hesitation. It was perfect and based on the level of quality and service, I would definitely order again from Minooy!

The purse that I ordered was too small…

The purse that I ordered was too small for my needs. I contacted Minooy and after a couple of email exchanges I was able to get a full refund. The emails just discussed shipping information, and possible options. I am very satisfied doing business with them. I am currently awaiting the item I ordered as a replacement.

If I had decided which bag I wanted earlier, they would have placed the order for me. Good customer service.

Concerned & worried I'm getting conflicting information…

I'm getting conflicting information from the company and from the post office. The company is stating that they sent the bag out and that the post office has it. The post office says there's no such bag they cannot find it. They only know there's a label that was created and that's it. So now I'm very worried that this company is doing a fraudulent tracking number, which they can do and pretending like they sent it out when they did not. Because the post office has looked for days for it and they have no information on it other than the fact that a tracking number and a label was created but no bag has arrived. I do not know this company I'm not sure if they're a legit company cuz I'm beginning to feel like they're not because my package has not moved in many days and I'm apprehensive and I'm concerned that I spent almost $200 on something I'm not going to get. I am not getting good updates, I'm not getting good information from the company and now I'm worried

Your package has been sent on Apr 10th, we are sure that you will receive the package within 10-15 business days, the ETA is around Apr 21st-28th. please wait patiently, if the package still has not arrived by April 28th, we will issue a full refund. We reported your situation to the postal carrier, and they checked and found that the logistics has been updated (the attached photo is sent to your e-mail), please pay attention to the recently delivered packages.

I've forwarded this issue to customer care department, they are going to contact you and offer you solution until you got the order.

The lining on the outside pocket came…

The lining on the outside pocket came apart from the purse and I have to find a leather person qualified to fix it. With that said the rest of the purse has great organization.

I am trying to get return instructions- it is a great deal of work for the buyer. Please try to minimize the instructions.

The return is because the purse is too bulky when items are placed inside the many compartments.

I will never buy from this company.

My purse arrived in a lovely sturdy box and in reasonable time. Perfect for what ai had been looking for. Big compartments and very easy to access them. The adjustable strap allows me to lengthen or shorten depending on the style of the day.
