Phone delivered as described

Samsung phone
Ordered phone on Saturday evening and had it Tuesday morning. The only thing was I wanted to upgrade to an "as new" phone but when I emailed to see was it possible I was told I would to need to cancel the order and get a refund and order the new phone. I was hoping it was as simple as a phone call, paying the extra money and the as new phone being sent out. So I decided to go with my original order. The phone is in almost perfect condition and the battery seems to last well. I am very happy with my purchase.

Service was good damaged camera though
Service was good, but “Very Good” phone had damaged camera lenses. I have sent a mail to support so hopefully we can get it sorted.

Phone is being returned. Faulty. Took 8 hours to charge then died after 6.

Purchased an "As New" S23 Samsung and…
Purchased an "As New" S23 Samsung and it was immaculate with fast delivery so happy with the service. Dropped a star as I was a little disappointed with the battery heath of 91%, where as I was hoping to get minimum 95%, given the "As New" condition.
