Sooo…. I thought for sure I had made a huge mistake ordering from MintRx. But thankfully they fixed the issue and proved me wrong! I reached out and explained I hadn’t received my order yet. They responded immediately. They (Jen) also stayed in communication with me the entire time and I received my order! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And great deals on great products too!!!

Third time posting. After speaking to them last week; they are now spamming me from a different number.
Second time posting. I called the number last week that was provided. This horrible marketing department is texting me again today. I block them and they still text. I called again and of course, the woman didn't know what I was talking about.
Now I will be calling my phone service to permanently block these numbers.
Tired if them spamming me with text after I have repeatedly asked them to stop.

I got my product within a few days and was surprised at how fast everything was! The product works Great.

Service has been great and very easy to work with…my products arrived when they say it’s going to arrive and above all I am saving a ton of money. Definitely recommend.

I've been using MintRx services for a while. They had some issues communicating and delivering my prescriptions on time in the past. But things have really turned around. Now, my meds arrive quickly and they keep me in the loop about the whole process. The customer service is on point too. It's great to see the turnaround that MintRx took. Ordered Minoxidil and got a prescription after an online consultation. This was my first time using an online mail.order pharmacy. Theres also a recommended amount in the description. Very simple process and overall no complaints.

First time customer. Ordering was easy and the doctor consult was fast. Overall a great experience.

MintRx only took a few days to get my medication shipped to my house including the doctors visit. Was able to do it all on my cell phone. Great pricing too!

I have been using MintRX for about 3 years for various medications for myself, my daughter, and my husband. Their customer service is top-notch which is why I am loyal to them. They had technical issues a few months ago and I was concerned, but they kept in communication with what was going on and I received my order after a while. I have since then placed several orders and the turn-around time has been quick and efficient. I rarely have to call or email them, but when I do, they are very professional and responsive, which makes my day. I just joined their Semaglutide program and the rep was nice enough to walk me through the process and informed me of what to expect. I appreciate all that they do in a world where customer service no longer exists. Using them definitely beats dealing with rude receptionists at the doctor's office and that dreadful line in the pharmacy for sure.

A professional and genuine caring pharmacy and telehealth service. Mint's customer service team is knowledgeable, helpful and have been a pleasure to work with. All of my orders have arrived in a timely fashion and have been exactly what I was expecting. My options for managing my health care journey have been very productive utilizing their trained team to answer my questions and their large variety of products. This is an "A" List service that is also very convenient and easy to use.

Yet again… I obviously never received the so-called “email”. I also have not seen 1, other reviewer say that he/she received it. I receive emails from everyone else. Strange, huh? No credibility.

This company is dishonest. They did not give their patients months before they pulled the HRT program. They gave me and many others a week and then billed me the same day they made the announcement. Do not trust them!

I have made several attempts to contact the company to complete my purchase. However they decline to respond to my request.

I ordered Thyroid stuff on 8/30 now 9/20 and nothing. The ordered is in and there is no tracking number. I messaged them yesterday inquiring and haven't heard back.
I finally opened a case for a refund, we'll see. Regardless it shouldn't take a month to receive meds.

They used to serve me well. Then I got a shipment that was only half my order. When that happened, I had already ordered another batch of my medications to take advantage of their sale. It didn't come. I started emailing them and calling them. No one ever answers their telephone. I called during business hours. I sent them numerous emails and online messages through their website. I eventually received the second order, but it took over a month of hounding them to get a partial refund for the missing half order, and they shorted me by $7.50. I continue to try to get them to respond and correct that error.

UPDATE SEP 28: They have finally refunded the final $7.50. So, after three moths and 23 emails, in addition to voice messages (they never answered the phone), their error has finally been corrected (aside from my frustration, time, and going without meds). That is the kind of service you can expect. Try someone else.

Despite their reply below, I have never left great reviews for them elsewhere. Don't know who they're trying to kid with that.

Placed order, a week later no info that meds had shipped even though said was In Stock. Made multiple calls trying to get ahold of someone and once I finally did was told they don’t ship out of Florida anymore and that it was just waiting to ship. Couldn’t give me any info other than that. Asked them to cancel order which they said they would, but will have to wait and see if they do. Will update once I get a resolution.

They did refund me as promised, adjusted my rating for them to reflect that they stand by their word.
